When I take an order, I try to provide an 'estimated delivery date' based on what I have in the pipeline, how many sites I'm working on, etc. It can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on whether I'm filling a slot that opened up, or taking a new set of multiple orders.

I've also found that some days go smoother than others, and it's tough to 'predict' where things will go well, and where the inevitable problem - server issues, personal issues, etc. - more than a week or two in advance.

Generally though, 2 weeks has been the average.

Mark, thanks for your email which I received on Monday and to which I replied the same day.

However, you haven't replied to me, so I'm posting the issues I have and my review of your WSO here.

I ordered on 9th September, 58 days ago.

Three days later I received an email stating estimated site delivery date of 25th September. I had no problem with that as being one of the last to order I expected some delay.

"Delivery" according to the email means:
That the site would be finished (with phase 2 bookmarking and promotion to follow).
cpanel access set up with login info.
Keyword report - keyword analysis.
Daily action plan - a step by step plan to keep the site moving forward
Your articles - a set of original articles for promotion.
Supercharger Cheat Sheet - further website promotion info.
Site Launch Status Report - listing 2nd phase info, delivered 1 week after site delivery.
Transfer of Domain Name

On the 28th September I emailed asking for an update as I hadn't heard anything. I received a reply the same day, effectively saying that delivery would be in the next few days. I replied immediately with my adsense publisher ID and opted to have Mark host the site.

On 1st October I received an email saying that the site was live with 1 post and that a new page/post would be added every day or two.
I got login info for Wordpress admin, but no cpanel access

The email also stated "Within the next few days, you'll be receiving your "Keyword Research / Niche Report", "Daily Action Plan", and "Article Pack" for additional article submissions, along with a "SuperCharger Cheat Sheet".

On 6th October, having noted that nothing had been added to the site and that I hadn't received any of the reports or articles, I emailed Mark with my concerns.

Mark replied straight away stating "Though I had hoped to start adding pages a day or two ago, they'll all be added now at a regular pace" and that "Before the last of the pages is published, you'll receive your varioius reports"

A new page was added to the site on 7th October

A week later on 13th October I sent Mark an email telling him that I was becoming concerned about the WSO as no further pages/posts had been added and I still hadn't received the reports.

Mark replied the same day, apologising for the delays and stating "You should see a new Page on your site today, then every-other-day until all are completed. You'll receive your "Keyword Research" report tomorrow (Wed.), and your "Daily Action Plan" on Friday. I will be sending out the "SuperCharger Cheat Sheet" to everyone over the coming weekend."

I replied, thanking him for his email and saying that I could deal with delays if communication was good and there was a sense of trust.

A new page was added that day.

I didn't receive any of the reports and still hadn't received my articles.

On 27th October as nothing further had happened i.e. no further pages added to site, no reports, no articles; I again emailed Mark asking for an update.

I got no reply, so emailed again on the 29th asking for an update.

On 1st November, having received no reply I tried to PM Mark and then made the post quoted above.

Mark sent me an email that day to say that he'd added another page to the site. I still had no reports or articles.

Frankly, by this point my patience had worn thin and I replied to Mark asking him to complete what I'd ordered and paid for.

I received no reply.

Mark, times up, I'd like a refund please.

I've posted a full explanation as people seem to be queueing up to be on your waiting list.

Tony, I'm glad you posted about your experience for I am experiencing something similar. I have been wanting to post it here but was very reluctant, seeing no other post showing dissatisfaction with this WSO.

I was in the second round after the first one closed and I asked Mark to put me on the waiting list. On October 1, 2009 I got an email from him saying that the WSO would soon reopen but he would not "publicize" it. He did mention the price would be $297 this time because he severely underestimated the amount of work the first time around, but would be willing to sell it for $247 to a few people. I still thought that was fair, so I went ahead and purchased it.

After I made the payment I received an email from Mark saying the estimated delivery date would be October 21 but could vary by a few days depending on workload, etc. A few days passed the date and I did not receive the site nor hear from him. So I emailed him and he said he was sick for a few days and needed more time, and gave me a new delivery date. I agreed because I didn't want him to rush through it and do a lousy job.

He also asked me if I wanted him to host it or use my own hosting. I told him I would host it myself but I would need the domain name in order to set up the hosting account.

About a week went by after that new date and I still did not receive the site and he didn't respond to my email so I sent him a PM here. He replied saying he was still running behind but would register the domain in a few days and get back with me and put me on a "fast track." Well, that never happened. I have no site, not even the domain. So I PM'd him again, and he said he tried to send emails last Friday but his email wasn't working properly and a few people didn't get the email. He said he would work on it on (last) Monday and would let me know. Again, I didn't hear from him so I PM'd him again and to this day still haven't got any response.

So finally last night I sent him an email telling him to either deliver the site by a certain date or give me a full refund. Otherwise, I would initiate the process of filing a claim through PayPal (you have 45 days from the date of purchase to open a dispute).

I really don't know what's going on. I certainly hope he is ok, and probably just overwhelmed with the amount of work that he said he underestimated. But still, he should at least communicate with us.

I don't know Mark personally and have never done business with him previously. I bought the WSO and made payment without getting the product immediately because he seemed like a very helpful and trustworthy person. Perhaps we all can learn a lesson or two here.

Well 45 days is more than up for me.

I was from the first batch and ordered 5 sites.
Only site one is up with only 2 articles.

Apart from that it's been promises to fulfill my order but nothing has happened for weeks. And now I get no replies to my emails.

I hope that either our orders are fulfilled or the refund process is honoured, as per this WSO.

Hope Mark can clarify things for us. We want your expertise. But we also hope to get it in a timely manner. If there are challenges for you, it would be good to let us know.

I didn't personally get a site from Mark as I missed out in getting my order in...

BUT

I do know 2 people that ordered almost as soon as the offer went live and have received their sites which are already producing income for them. I don't want to post their names or sites here as it isn't my place...to out their niches and sites.

They said that they had some delays etc but were VERY glad that they waited it out because the sites were already earning and they could see that they were going to make their money back PLUS some.

The last email I received from Mark was over 2 weeks ago, at which time he said my site would be ready a week ago Wednesday. It wasn't, and I haven't heard from him since. Since he still has not completed orders from the first round, I am very concerned. I agree that the problem isn't that Mark doesn't know what he's doing. From his many posts, he seems to know how to build these sites and get them profitable. However, it is frustrating that deadlines are continually being missed and no communication is happening. Not a good way to run a WSO.

Like I said, I didn't have a site built...I just know a couple of guys that got in early on the first round. They said they were frustrated by the wait, but that the sites look great and were already producing adsense revenue so, the wait was worth it to THEM.

That may or may not be the case for YOU.

I am working on getting orders straightened out and hope to have all back in order by the end of the weekend. I apologize for the delays and lack of communication. Here is a general update, which will be followed by email to everyone who ordered.

Orders

Currently there are a number of sites that are behind schedule. My initial offer had a cap of 20. As some were completed, new slots were added and offered to those who had missed the first round and asked to be put on a waiting list.

To date, almost 40 sites have been researched, set up, launched, and promoted. Of those, there are about a dozen that are still getting new content.

There are approximately 15 additional orders that were placed but have not been launched yet.

There have been 4 requests for refunds, all honored.

Delays & Mix-Ups

No excuse for lack of communication; I'm working to insure that won't continue. Specifically, I have cleared some of my own projects from plate, placed some others on 'hold', and am going back through all customer folders and emails.

I'm am wading through well over 200 PM's, and another 100+ emails from the last few weeks in order to find missed committments, missed emails, etc. Unfortunately, I have to sort through nearly 250 PM's and over 100 emails. This is somewhat compounded for me as there are some communications that were through Warrior but not email, some that were vice-versa, and some through both. I'm working on getting everything sorted by customer, rather than chronologically.

Twice I have inadvertently 'scrambled' the spreadsheet I've been using to manage these sites which also tracked my email communications, date commitments, progress, etc. Nothing was lost, however one result was that a few orders either should have been updated and weren't, or were not properly recorded, leading to missed dates after committing to milestones.

I left myself very little room for the 'unexpected', which seems to come with a vengeance especially when it can be least afforded.

In addition to clearing some of my projects off the plate, I am putting in extra hours to get all orders & sites to where they should be.


Reports

Part of the offer includes a "Daily Action Plan". That is intentionally scheduled to go out only after my part of the work was done. I don't have the ability to provide support to each customer while also working on the sites. I've found that the "Cheat Sheet" similarly brought a flood of questions, support requests, etc., and answering them takes a significant amount of time away from the building & promoting of other sites that are still being worked on.

All reports get delivered after all of my work is finished. I will do my best to answer questions regarding those 'next steps' as best as I can, but must attend to the initial site-building as the first priority.


Going Forward

I will be spending this weekend working to get all orders properly 're-ordered', and do an update on all sites that have fallen behind. I will also be emailing each customer individually.

The offer includes a 'buy-back' guarantee. Specifically, I am guaranteeing that if the guidelines are followed, and the site hadn't reached at least a value higher than was paid, I would be willing to 'buy it back'.

I am extending it to be 60 days from when the final steps on my end are completed.

If you are getting questions on your websites, the how about making your own forum, after all you have a business, and it would much easy for you to manage too... if you need any help, I believe someone from your customers would be very happy to help you in running that forum, as that would be very helpful for that person too?
