I'm am wading through well over 200 PM's, and another 100+ emails from the last few weeks in order to find missed committments, missed emails, etc. Unfortunately, I have to sort through nearly 250 PM's and over 100 emails. This is somewhat compounded for me as there are some communications that were through Warrior but not email, some that were vice-versa, and some through both. I'm working on getting everything sorted by customer, rather than chronologically.

Twice I have inadvertently 'scrambled' the spreadsheet I've been using to manage these sites which also tracked my email communications, date commitments, progress, etc. Nothing was lost, however one result was that a few orders either should have been updated and weren't, or were not properly recorded, leading to missed dates after committing to milestones.

I left myself very little room for the 'unexpected', which seems to come with a vengeance especially when it can be least afforded.

In addition to clearing some of my projects off the plate, I am putting in extra hours to get all orders & sites to where they should be.


Reports

Part of the offer includes a "Daily Action Plan". That is intentionally scheduled to go out only after my part of the work was done. I don't have the ability to provide support to each customer while also working on the sites. I've found that the "Cheat Sheet" similarly brought a flood of questions, support requests, etc., and answering them takes a significant amount of time away from the building & promoting of other sites that are still being worked on.

All reports get delivered after all of my work is finished. I will do my best to answer questions regarding those 'next steps' as best as I can, but must attend to the initial site-building as the first priority.


Going Forward

I will be spending this weekend working to get all orders properly 're-ordered', and do an update on all sites that have fallen behind. I will also be emailing each customer individually.

The offer includes a 'buy-back' guarantee. Specifically, I am guaranteeing that if the guidelines are followed, and the site hadn't reached at least a value higher than was paid, I would be willing to 'buy it back'.

I am extending it to be 60 days from when the final steps on my end are completed.

I just have to report that i`m having the same problems as both of you.

I ordered one of the first in the 2nd round, as i was late for the 1st one.

I paid and ordered everything 28th September, i got an estimated date of 18th October, after couple of days i emailed him and he promissed to fix it during the weekend, which did not happened, than later on i got an email with the WP domain and setup and only 1 post at that time (25th October), he said he would do updates every other day, and only 1 post since that time (14 days), i have emailed him several times, and messaged him on Skype still no updates at all!


I still want to see how this works out, but if i don`t get this setup within couple of days i`m filling a Refund request and posting a bad review within WSO!!

I have no site, not even the domain. So I PM'd him again, and he said he tried to send emails last Friday but his email wasn't working properly and a few people didn't get the email. He said he would work on it on (last) Monday and would let me know. Again, I didn't hear from him so I PM'd him again and to this day still haven't got any response.

So finally last night I sent him an email telling him to either deliver the site by a certain date or give me a full refund. Otherwise, I would initiate the process of filing a claim through PayPal (you have 45 days from the date of purchase to open a dispute).

I really don't know what's going on. I certainly hope he is ok, and probably just overwhelmed with the amount of work that he said he underestimated. But still, he should at least communicate with us.

I don't know Mark personally and have never done business with him previously. I bought the WSO and made payment without getting the product immediately because he seemed like a very helpful and trustworthy person. Perhaps we all can learn a lesson or two here.

There have been 3 additional refund requests, which I am unable to process over the weekend - this is my partner's business account, and I cannot access it over the weekend - all other refund requests have been honored within hours of being requested.

The people who purchased want a website that will make them money and give them a positive return on their investment. I had fallen behind, both in production and communications, but the work is being done.

I offered a guarantee that if the sites didn't meet my claims after a period of time, I would be willing to buy them back for the amount paid. That guarantee holds.

I have been working this weekend, and will continue, to pull the schedules back up to date and move everything forward.

I have also begun sending out emails to everyone to provide updates. This takes me some time - continuing work on sites, sending out updates, answering emails. I'm doing the best I can to respond to other emails at the same time. It's a lot of time and effort, but it's getting done.

I will add a further update here either late tonight or first thing Monday morning.

I also am having the same problem as mentioned by others, as I have not heard from him for over 3 weeks now, emails unanswered, deadlines always being pushed away etc...Don't get me wrong, I understand that someone can be busy and all, but that's getting way over the line. Extremely frustrating.
I did receive the site and some articles on the site which looks ok, but not the actual action plan and the cheat sheet, which was the main reason I bought this WSO since being a newbie to this, I was hoping this action plan as a road plan and guideline to help me understand things and build my own sites from then on. To be honest, had I known this experience with Mark would turn out to be that frustrating, I would not have become a member.

Being the optimistic and ever patient person that I am, I will extend my patience for a few more days, to see a positive outcome out of this. So Mark, please complete the work or I'll be filling for a refund too!

Hundreds of orders????? Please, Mark, say it isn't so. If it is, then this is definitely not good, as when I ordered, I was under the impression that you were only doing 10 at a time. I was also under the impression that your first group of people had already been finished when you took orders for the second group. If you have hundreds of orders, then I can't imagine they will be finished until sometime next year.

Regardless of how honest Mark may be (and I really hope he is!) or how valid the reasons are, he doesn't employ very good business practice, especially with the lack of communication and the Paypal account not being his! Can you imagine if this were to happen on a big product launch that were broadcast to the entire IM world? Just because this is a WSO, shouldn't make it any less important. To put it mildly, I'm VERY disappointed!!

Could the reason people continue to send money be because the Paypal order link is still there and working? Although it says at the top that the offer is now closed, it's quite easy for people to miss that and scroll to the bottom and click the link. I would definitely deactivate it and take it out.

Let me try and clarify things and update this thread.

First, there are not 'hundreds of orders'. There have certainly been hundreds of emails and messages, most being questions, replies to my emails, etc., however there have been approximately 60 actual orders.

Second, no one is or has been refused a refund. As was posted, there were some issues with Paypal and my partner, but I guaranteed the offer and stand by it. At most, some refunds are delayed a few days. I don't want or need money from anyone who doesn't want what they ordered, and will make sure that those who do end up satisfied.

The problems stem from my lack of communication and missed commitments. I apologize for those, and am working both to bring everything up to speed, and insure there are no more gaps.

I've cleared all my other projects for the time being so that I can put my full time into this. I've put in over 20 hours this weekend, and will continue working at it until everyone is where they should be.

I've sent out emails to over half the customer list, and will have everyone contacted by the end of the day tomorrow. I will also have every order 'current' by the end of the week.

Most sites have been delivered, and most of those are at or near completion. This includes writing hundreds of high-quality 500+ word articles over the last 6-7 weeks. While I'm not suggesting this as an excuse for my slips in communications, this takes time. None of the sites have been rushed, and every one gets exactly the time, effort, and quality that I do for my own sites.

Hi Jeff,

It depends on the niche and 'root' keyword/phrase. Each site is based around a group of thematically related keyword/phrases, with one being the 'root' - that's generally what the domain name is created from.

Overall, it's from 4 to 10 keyword/phrases, with most of them ending up between 5-7.

Each site begins with a base 'Post'. Then a "Page" is added for each keyword/phrase, targeting that particular keyword/phrase individually.

'Phase 1' consists of building and launching the site (registering and setting up the domain name, installing & configuring Wordpress, plugins, etc.) along with initial indexing efforts (creating the initial base post, submitting it to EZA, Digg, StumbleUpon, Onlywire, etc.)

'Phase 2' consists of adding the keyword/phrase 'Pages', spaced a day or two apart. Each 'Page' gets a similar backlinking.

In your case Jeff, your site is targeting 6 keyword/phrases based around the domain name.

Of these, 5 have already been published, with a new one having been added this morning.

You keep making promises here on the forum about you would do this and that on such and such date, but unforuntately, I have yet to receive any answer from you. This is really really unacceptable and totally unprofessional. Currently, all pages of your site are indexed, including 4 content pages. I cannot see whether traffic is starting to ramp up yet as it's hosted on your server. However, you also have 2 of 4 articles published on EZA.

I'm also showing appx. 20 backlinks so far, including EZA. These also should increase steadily, as they are continuing to be added, and take time to be 'discovered'.

I'll have the site completed by your deadline. Please keep in mind that it will still take a number of weeks for your rankings to climb, at which point you'll start seeing your Adsense revenue climb.

Unfortunately I've ended up with 3 different names and another email address for you, and did not manage to keep that straight. I'll assume both of those posts are you, and so I think I have it straight now
