Question: what does it mean to promote a WSO (I noticed the 'Promote' link)? Show it as a featured offer at the top of each page? If yes... how many impressions do you get for $20?

WSO's are still $20. And paid members (Warrior room members) still have to pay for them.

You can use your CC to pay via paypal even if you dont have an account.
