I bought this about a month ago and I was never able to get it to work. I use one of the Woo magazine-style themes. The instructions are pretty straightforward, so it has to be a problem with the theme. Do you offer any tech support for someone in my situation?

Well, given that it's been 4 days since my last post I guess the answer is "No, we don't provide any tech support."

Buyers should be aware then that this plugin does NOT work with all themes. And I see there's no mention of a money-back guarantee, so you're taking your chances.

Hmm, "Regular Price $170" ? Good luck with that, lol.

I bought this plugin last night. And I highly recommend it to anyone. It's easy to use and i have no doubt it will increase conversions by at least 2x.

I found the customer support to also be incredible. I had some trouble installing it on my Studiopress theme. I sent an email and a PM and was responded to within minutes. The issue was then resolved shortly after.

Excellent product and excellent support, even at 3am!
