I knew I missed some important stuff out of the listing!

#1 - Yes, you host the site and provide me with the relevant logins.

#2 - Yes, reports will be supplied.

#3 - All the required plugins will be installed for the theme to function correctly and for SEO purposes. Namely Google Sitemaps, SEO Pack, Sociable, Ping Optimizer etc.

#4 - Keywords are your call. I can research them based on your niche or would be happy to work with keywords you supply.

#5 - Yes, custom header graphic and color scheme that you choose.
