Hi Mike - yes it is important..... documents make it very clear about what you are doing, who owns IP etc....I have a contracts package at Offline Contracts Now - if you are interested - I can pm you a coupon code for 2/3rds off since you are a warrior!

you can easily get an nda by googling 'nda' and use that as your template - if gives you a higher level of professionalism then your competition!

also - since this is a video marketing wso thread - you can also google "media release" form to get a free template to use for your clients as well!
