2) Are there any templates that are integrated within the site builder?

YES, you just put whatever your privacy policy is in the "privacy.txt" and it will automatically show on your site. Same with a contact page.

Sitemap? No, however I can add this in next version with no problem. thanks for the tip

Copyright? You can place that wherever you want, above the menu, under everything, it's your choice but easy to include.

2. There are 3 templates that are included. Each of the demos above shows off a different template.

3. Yes you can monetize articles however you want and very easily (no need to even modify a template). You can use adsense, amazon, clickbank, or a thousand other ways to make money from an article site.
