Tired of overpaying for stock images with limited rights?

Dear Warrior

I am a photographer as a hobby/business. I take lots of images for my own exclusive CPA and affiliate promotions.

After seeing many people complain about the usage limitations of stock photos and knowing I am sitting on a ton of images I figured I would offer some as a WSO.

What are the legalities?
All my models sign a contract and as you can see above I took these photos. You will get a non-exclusive license to use these images in unlimited projects. The only restriction is you can’t resell the rights. You must use them in your own designs, client work, print, ebooks etc.

What are the exact terms of use?

Use in templates is ok or not?
Use in templates for selling with RR/MRR/PLR?
Use in minisite for selling a RR/MRR/PLR product?
(I don't mean selling the images, but the designs that include your photos or a part of them.)

Why only women and no men?

Great idea. Good photos.

Didier thanks for your questions. As long as you are not reselling the images as stock or license you are cool so to clarify.

Use in templates is ok or not? Yes this is Okay
Use in templates for selling with RR/MRR/PLR? Yes this is okay
Use in minisite for selling a RR/MRR/PLR product? Yes this is okay

As long as the image is not the item being sold it can be sold as part of a design/template/whatever

But maybe your customers would want to use photos of men?

Yeah, male, male/female group shots would be good and also objects associated with niches eg. weights, dollar bills, phones etc etc, preferably against a white background. Makes it easier to create transparent PNG's.

You know what would be really cool,

have your models holding a blank A4 piece of paper out,

or pretend holding a product, or a laptop truned around with a blank screen so we can import images on it them.

This way we can simply photoshop our text into the frame and make the pictures more personable. Great looking shots though.

I have to say these are definitely high quality. Was kind of surprised when I started the download, how big the file size was for the fitness set. I am currently stuck with a limited net connection, so have to download my order from elsewhere.
