Itrader, the rights are the same for the short report and the articles. You may sell them if you rewrite them 50 percent. If you use them as web content and then want to resell that website, then you would need to rewrite them as well.

Just want to check something regarding these articles, can they be used to make a report or do they need to be rewritten?

When you say "to make a report" - if you are reselling it, no; you can email it out to people as an autoresponder series, put the articles together to make into a short report to give to your clients/customers (seven of the articles are set up to be a short report or autoresponder series), put it on a website or blog, or rewrite it at least 50 percent and do whatever you want with it. But if I allow reselling as is, it would get all over the internet very quickly and that would dilute it's value. Or at least that's what I have been led to understand as far as PLR.
