As far as a resale rights package, the suggested price of $17 for resale rights to a package of 64 is insanely low. I would imagine that you could sell at least a few right off the bat and make probably $50 - $100 or so just from emailing them to your list. Or you could advertise these on any internet marketing type blog you might own. There's such a variety in a package, that I think this would probably be a very easy sale to make.

Are these widget ready?

Can I use custom headers?

Are there any links in the footer and can they be modified?

All the themes are widget ready. Except the sales letter themes because they are 1 column.

You can use a custom header if you want. You would just need to upload your new header and replace the file name in the code.

There are standard links in the footer like Contact & Privacy Policy but there are no Copyrights in the footer. You can change theses themes however you'd like without any required footer links and you can even claim authorship.

Sorry, PSDs are not included. I'm pretty sure all graphics were saved in PNG and JPG format only.
