It pretty much is ready now, it just integrating it with whatever system you are using that is the tricky part.

I have just launched a cool new Web 2.0 Article Writer/Rewriter/Generator etc...

The model is 10 day trial followed by a monthly subscription. I have used a very simple membership script to integrate with clickbank for public subscribers. It can also do Paypal as well.

I am planning to run a warrior special offer, so I was going to use the paypal option to do a WSO and offer warriors a 50% discount.

So warriors would pay a subscription via paypal at a 50% discount and the public could pay via clickbank.

I am guessing that your system will handle this as it looks very good and well thought out.

You can do it either way, but setting up WSO Pro first is quicker.

Just create and save your WSO Pro listing, and grab the "Button Code". Then take the button code and paste it into your WSO post when you submit for approval. Then, as soon as your wso goes live, WSO Pro will automatically see and activate your listing.

So now I have just purchased my first WSO Pro.

But I have a request!

I don't like the price-rising-after-so-many-sold feature.
Some potential customers could become resentful if they feel that they were unfairly forced to pay a higher price if, for example, they have only just discovered the offer but the price has already risen (I, for example, only discovered your offer today at the $12 price so missed the opportunity to buy it at $10.) This (resentful prospective buyers) could be cause for a reduction in sales or increase in "buyers remorse" and refunds.
(Not to mention that creating resentment is not something to strive for!)

But I do wish to encourage potential buyers to take action (rather than prevaricate and forget) for their own good and mine (win/win).

So what I wish for is a function that increases the price at set (forewarned) times after the potential customer first opens the offer page. So for example I could select the price to rise by $1 each hour or 50c every 15 minutes or $5 per day etc after first viewing.

(Would it need cookies or IP address monitoring?)

This is then fair for all customers as they all have the same opportunity to buy at the cheapest price.

If potential buyers are prewarned and there is a countdown timer with a clear easy-to-see warning of intending price rise there should be no real cause for resentment.

Please consider this as a possibility for a future feature additions to WSO Pro. It would be very useful!

Oooh, that would be almost too good to be true!

But about such a script, especially for Wordpress? I'd check with Robert Plank! For all I know he already has such a script, and if not, he can probably whip it up in about half an hour...

I have to say i am a little unhappy that the price keeps on rising on this, at $12 i could justifiy using it but if the price keeps on rising it will be out of the reach of lots of people.

Sorry it took me awhile to respond on this. Some how my subscription to this thread got deleted so I never got notified of the latest replies...

Anyway, I appreciate your comments and suggestions. The idea you suggest regarding raising prices after a visitor first finds the page can not really be implemented in a fool-proof way.

It would be very easy for someone to trick the system into thinking it was their first visit at anytime. This would actually work in reducing sales, not creating urgency.

In addition, I think it is the opposite of what you suggest - it is actually unfair to those who see the thread sooner and take immediate action. It's a lot like asking Walmart to honor their Black Friday prices on the following Monday because you didn't know about it before hand.

I created the WSO Alerts system precisely to keep the playing field level for everyone - as anyone can be notified immediately after any WSO is posted by a certain Warrior or that contains a keyword you are interested in. This way you never have to miss out on great offers at the lowest possible price.

I do appreciate your thoughts and suggestions, so feel free to keep them coming. I will do my best to implement that ones that work and explain why I may not implement others.

One of the great things about WSO Pro is the stats that let you see exactly what kind of effect new prices have. Currently, I have the price set to rise by $2 every 100 sales. I am carefully monitoring the conversion rate as the price increases, and I can use that information to take the appropriate action.

Regarding justifying the higher price, I would tend to think that it is a no brainer. For most people, just 1 to 2 additional sales as a result of WSO Pro justifies the additional price paid.

Most people who use WSO Pro see a significant increase in sales, particularly if they choose the JV option. If you add to that the opportunity to have your offer chosen as WSO of the Day, your increase on that measly $1x investment becomes exponential. That makes WSO Pro a truly wise investment for most users.

In any case, I hope it helps that you can see a little bit inside of my head and understand why I am doing it the way I am.

That is fine for the big boys that are getting lots of sales and making lots of money, so far i have run 3 WSOs using WSO Pro and i havent seen any extra sales due to the fact that i havent been chosen for WSO of the day and i dont think i have been chosen for any of the JVs either.

you say that to get chosen you need to have lots of sales and good feeback but surely the people that are getting lots of sales dont need the help that JVs would achieve surely it is the smaller guys that dont have a big following and massive lists?

Just my opinion anyway, for now i will continue using WSO Pro until it becomes too expensive and i cant afford to use it anymore

Certain types of offers definitely lend themselves better to the WSO of the Day than others. I notice that your offers are generally very limited on the number available (50, I think), which wouldn't work well for WSO of the Day.

Looking at your stats, I see that WarriorPlus has referred 4 sales to your offers so far as a result of you choosing the JV option. In this case, that has already paid for all 3 licenses you have used. This is what most users who choose the JV option see, (in my opinion) making it a great value.

Thanks again for your feedback, it will definitely help me make WSO Pro better. In this case, perhaps a better explanation and clearer view of the amount of money you have made off of JV sales is in order.

I can't tell whether 1shoppingcart can be accommodated within the WSO Pro system.

I would much prefer to use it over Aweber if it's available because I'm having trouble getting people to confirm (especially if their email gets caught in the spam filter) and that makes delivery a bit tricky.

So is 1shoppingcart available now, or can it be added?

Looks interesting except for a few things:

1.) My software is approximately 35 mb in size and somewhere it says there is around a 20 mb limit. I also am using Rapid Action Profits with the membership addon to deliver my goods. This makes it easier on me when a software update is completed. Would I be able to continue using this delivery method with WSO pro.

2.) I am using imnica mail as my autoresponder. Is WSO pro compatible with this autoresponder service?

The 1shoppingcart autoresponder is not currently a part of WSO Pro, but it can likely* be added without too much trouble. I would have to look into it to be sure.

The size of the file is not an issue, as I can manually add it for you at this time. In the future it will be easier after an upgrade I have planned.

Regarding delivery, I am not sure how RAP works exactly. WSO Pro offers you the ability to deliver a file or redirect to a URL. If redirecting to a URL would work, than it would be fine. If the user has to create an account to access the download, that is a bit tricky and does not currently have an automated solution.

Currenty, imnica mail is not supported, but it is planned for the next autoresponder update coming soon.

The whole point of WSO's is to make money (build a list if you want to get technical). So is you use WSO Pro, the cost of each WSO is going to be $35.

You're telling me you are not going to make more than that? Really? $15 extra is too much for you? If this is true, then you have bigger problems than the $15 it costs for WSO Pro.

Just purchased WSO Pro and I'm very excited to get started. I do have one quick question, though. I see from the quote above that some limited quantity type offers may not be suitable for WSO of the Day.

My offer will be limited to a quantity of 100 sales. Is that at all compatible with doing a WSO of the Day?

Came back today to buy and price has risen even though there are still 24 left of the $14 ones?

you are not getting the point unless people are making thousands on their WSOs which mine dont then there is going to be a time when going up $2 each time i wont be able to afford it.
The WSOs i sell vost me a lot of money to make, each ones costs me approx $100 to make before ads, so i will need to sell about $150 worth with WSO PRo and paypal fees before i break even.

I would suggest in future dv8 that before you start riddiculing others you know they circumstances first as everyone business and business model is different

(NOTE - Sorry in advance for silly questions.)

I am attempting to set up my first ever WSO, so I'm completely unfamiliar with the process. I read in a prior post to set everything up through WSO Pro first, then come back here and pay. However, I'm having an issue with the WSO Pro set up.

I've already entered my key over at warriorplus.com and it says I have one unused license available. After entering all my information and pressing the 'create new listing' button, it churns for awhile and then...nothing. I see no progress in the progress bar at the bottom of my screen while it's churning.

So what am I doing wrong? My file is pretty large (19 MB zipped). I saw Mike's response to someone else that he might have to manually upload larger files. Could that be what's causing the listing to fail?

Or, was it set up and I'm just too big a doofus to see that? I looked under my listings after attempting and there's still the one license showing as [unused listing]. Nothing else listed under 'my listings'.

If it is listed, how do I get the payment button code and counter code?

Sorry for any confusion. I actually changed it to only go up $1 every 50 sales, so that is why the numbers look different.

The price should stabilize soon, and at this point I don't see the core WSO Pro service ever costing more than $20. I actually think $20 is a great price, as it is equal to the price to post a WSO.

Anyway, I have just changed the upload limit to 20MB, so hopefully that will solve your issue here. That was the problem in what you were experiencing, and I really it is not clear. Will fix that in next update.

I have a product set up already with paypal and hosted on Gator Host. So do I need to host it on WSO Pro or do I leave it hosted with Gator Host?
Also, what is bumping?
I am not a techie, but it WSO Pro sounds great..

You can upload it to WSO Pro or keep it where it is. Uploading it to WSO Pro has advantages, though, like unique download links and not allowing anyone to see the real location of the file. As long as the file is 20MB or less, uploading it is the way to go.

"Bumping" is referring to paying $20 to move your post to the top of the WSO forum listings again. This can be done after it goes to page 3 (pos #121 or higher).

Can I get WSO pro but use my own payment system? I know I lose on a lot of the benefits, but there are other benefits as well.

Reason being, i handle all sales via Fantasos and deliver all content that way too..

WSO Pro is pretty much an all-in-one system, and is not really compatible with other similar systems like fantasos. There are ways to integrate with external scripts, but WSO Pro must handle the payment or things would break down real quick!

So now I have just purchased my first WSO Pro. But I have a request! I don't like the price-rising-after-so-many-sold feature. Some potential customers could become resentful if they feel that they were unfairly forced to pay a higher price if, for example, they have only just discovered the offer but the price has already risen (I, for example, only discovered your offer today at the $12 price so missed the opportunity to buy it at $10.) This (resentful prospective buyers) could be cause for a reduction in sales or increase in "buyers remorse" and refunds. (Not to mention that creating resentment is not something to strive for!) But I do wish to encourage potential buyers to take action (rather than prevaricate and forget) for their own good and mine (win/win). So what I wish for is a function that increases the price at set (forewarned) times after the potential customer first opens the offer page. So for example I could select the price to rise by $1 each hour or 50c every 15 minutes or $5 per day etc after first viewing. (Would it need cookies or IP address monitoring?) This is then fair for all customers as they all have the same opportunity to buy at the cheapest price. If potential buyers are prewarned and there is a countdown timer with a clear easy-to-see warning of intending price rise there should be no real cause for resentment. Please consider this as a possibility for a future feature additions to WSO Pro. It would be very useful! Wayne. P.S: I am also seeking a script with this function to use with my salespages in Wordpress. If anyone knows of such a script or Wordpress plugin I would be very grateful if you could let me know!

My software is approximately 35 mb in size and somewhere it says there is around a 20 mb limit. I also am using Rapid Action Profits with the membership addon to deliver my goods. This makes it easier on me when a software update is completed. Would I be able to continue using this delivery method with WSO pro. 2.) I am using imnica mail as my autoresponder. After entering all my information and pressing the 'create new listing' button, it churns for awhile and then...nothing. I see no progress in the progress bar at the bottom of my screen while it's churning. So what am I doing wrong? My file is pretty large (19 MB zipped). I saw Mike's response to someone else that he might have to manually upload larger files. Could that be what's causing the listing to fail? Or, was it set up and I'm just too big a doofus to see that? I looked under my listings after attempting and there's still the one license showing as [unused listing]. Nothing else listed under 'my listings'. If it is listed, how do I get the payment button code and counter code? Thanks to everyone for your help with this. Cindy P.S. I've also sent these questions to Mike via PM last night, but I know it's a busy time of year and maybe someone can help me in this thread until he sees the PM.
