All the keyword lists will follow this same format, and provide the same data.

One stat that I started to include (that many Warriors are thrilled about) is the "Intitle Comp" numbers.

Besides just the regular SEO Comp (which is searching for the individual phrase inside of quotation marks in Google's search box), the Intitle Comp is highly informative.

The Intitle Comp tells you how many pages on Google have the individual keyword phrase in the title.

Why is this important?

Let's say that you have two keyword phrases, and they each have the same number of daily searches and the same number of SEO Competition.

But the first phrase shows an Intitle Comp of 1,598, while the other shows an Intitle Comp number of 25,966.

Although they both show the same amount of SEO Comp, the second keyword phrase has much harder competition because it has many more pages optimized better for it.
