When I research the keywords, I'll look at the est. adword bid amount. I will only look for keywords that has at least $0.60 bid price with at least 5 clicks per day.

That will give you the assurance that when you do get organic traffic from the search engines, you'll get the clicks.

So if you make an estimated calculation, it is possible to get $1/day for the keyword that I select. I don't guarantee that amount, I can be wrong in my calculations, but I know that it will get you the clicks.

The hosting is included so that I can have some control over the content and the website. Once the website is established, I can hand you the domain name, AND send you the website so that you can host it in your server.

But I prefer to host it with me first so that I can change the content.

I prefer not to show my adsense or my client's adsense sites because I don't want potential click sabotage. (You know what I mean) To give you an idea, the website will not be full of graphics. It will be simple, fully optimized for Adsense but not MFA look.

If your website does not make a single cent after one month, I'll keep on working on it till it generates money. If not, I'll redo a new one for you or give you one of my adsense site that is already making money!

The turn around time should be no more than a week.

Sorry, no bulk discount yet. But I can consider if it's really a BULK order, like 5-10 sites...

As for work required after my part, you can:
1) Add more articles to your website to target other keywords
2) Add Amazon links, CPA offers, etc. If you think that these will make more money than Adsense.

For XSitePro, I have 2 formats that work well so far:
Sample 1 is similar to XFactor's format


Sample 2 is more of a newsletter format


For Wordpress, it is as follows:
Sample 1. I'll use BlueSense, a proven to work template


Sample 2. This is SEOAdMax. Very effective too.

Will they all have a separate page on the website or are they all posted on one home page?

When they are related, but still different I can imagine all 3 articles will have their own page with their own Adsense ads.

This way the Adsense ads will be more targeted imo.

Case studies will be given once I've done this set. I don't have the exact number for the site but it should make money.

Yes, they are all in different page, definitely. I would want your adsense sites rank in Google not only for the main keywords, but also for the sub-keywords.

Domains are registered with Namecheap, hosting with my hosting account.

You can request for the domain name and hosting after one week. Or after one month, when the site is making money, I'll send to you.

No plugins for WP yet. Unless you request for it. Analytics will be installed but you have to give me the code.

Can we use URLs we already own but do not have the sites built yet ? Can you build sites in wordpress if we already have the domain name - possibly I could just change the nameservers to your webhost for a month or so and then you change them back, or if you only will work on the wordpress panel - I could just give you the wordpress login since the cpanel from hostgator wouldn't be needed. Is this possible ? I have lots of domains not being used whose names were researched before, so I'm sure the niche/name is good.

Yes, I too was planning to make an order, but then I can see as well that he's not responding to mine or other questions left here. This Is absolutely TERRIBLE! And not acceptable, I hope the admins pick up on this behaviour, and do something about it soon, as it is people like Joseph who ruin a community like the Warrior Forum, because they just don't give a toss, and let people down, don't deliver, offer something they can't provide, ignore and frustrate them, etc. etc. and this leaves people scared and skeptical at everything offered by anyone... which results in more questions and less sales.

Seriously Joseph, you really PI**ED me off with what you did to me, and it seems you like to make a habit of it with other people too, with no care about how this effects them or makes them feel.

"Jake" Like yourself, I waited over a month, Joseph replied to 1 of my messages when I asked what the situation was, and he said the same to me "You can wait a bit longer (2 weeks MAX), or get a refund" So I agreed to wait another 2 weeks, but still nothing, not even a message.

Then he started ignoring my mail/PM's, and finally just refunded my money (after waiting 1 and a half month) without giving any reason, and still no answers to my questions and concerns, just plain IGNORANCE.

I have noticed more than half a dozen others having simular problems with him, and getting the same IGNORANCE too.

If you cannot get a refund, I suggest reporting him to the admins immediately.

None of your mail went into my spam folder, I check that all the time, and I get proper spam, which doesn't even get lost, so go figure that.

Also, I had no problems recieving mail from you when you asked if I would carry on waiting, again - GO FIGURE.

You did not reply to any of my emails or PM's FACT! So stop saying I am lying because you know I'm not, and unlike yourself I have proof, which you always refuse to give, I have copies of all mail sent to you in a nice zipped file here on my HD, but you have nothing - GO FIGURE.
