Suppose I do take all the steps you suggest, and put up a site (you estimated $50 all inclusive startup costs), will I be able to make min $150 profit per site from a no-traffic-no-revenue site? I build the site as per your instruction but nobody bids on my site.
The other site was bid for $5 and $10.

So I ask the bidder why they place very low bid on my site.
He tells me that it is a new site, no traffic, no income, no backlink. He doesn't care much about the content. He can build the site like this by himself or hire someone to build it for only $10 or $25. (you can find such service here from warrior to hire section) There is no need for him to pay for $100-$200 for the site. That is really heart breaking for me.

That's why I want to see what is the difference between your site and my site.
