Thanks for the questions.

1) Outside of hosting, registering a domain, and aquiring content, the costs are minimal. If you already having hosting, it should take $50 at most to register a domain and acquire the content for it.

In terms of listing fees, I provide several sources for listing a site for sale. Some of the paces are free, while others require a fee to list your site.

2) My system goes over everything that's involved with creating a site and selling it for a profit. It does include the best places to list a site, as well as selling techniques you can utilize in your ads to get the most profit out of your sites.

3) In 30 minutes, the high demand sites can be setup and ready to start receiving traffic. Receiving traffic may take up to 2-4 days depending on what promotion method you use. After receving a small bit of traffic, you can start selling for a profit, or hold onto it a bit longer and wait for more traffic to come in. This way, you can sell it for even more profit.

I've flipped roughly a bit more than 60 sites using my system.

I have been able to get close to that amount for the weeks I've been flipping sites on a regular basis. If you read the main report, you will understand how that amount is reached using this system. It also depends on the pace you want to go, if you want to flip a larger amount of sites for faster income, you can.

I've sold out the first tier not too long ago, and now there's been several copies sold on the second tier. Haven't sold 50 copies yet, not sure where you're getting that idea. I've just launched this WSO, so most customers haven't even read through the whole report yet.

This is a system that's not easily saturated. There's a lot of niches out there that you can base a site on. If you're selling a site that's in a popular but different niche than what everybody else is selling, then the value of your site goes up and you can sell it for more profit.

Your site flipping course seems really interesting, how different are the techniques from the other courses out here on the forum (which seem to be a dime a dozen)?

When you talk about generating approximately $5k per week, that would mean flipping 25 sites at $200 per site, and that would be gross income, right? How much would your expenses be out of that total sum? Is it really realistic to be able to flip 25 sites within 7 days?

What would your net profit be, taking into account everything - hosting, domains, PLR costs, listing fees, etc.? Please break down the expenses items and itemize them by cost - please be specific here.

Also, exactly how long do you need to hold the sites (days/weeks?) and how much income needs to be generated before being able to sell them for $200-$500? Are the traffic generation methods completely free?

Also, will you be available to at least critique and review our first 1 or 2 sites, just so that we know we're on the right path and doing things right?

Thanks for the questions.

I do go over a simple solution on web design and all the tools needed to build a site. It should take anybody under 30 minutes to build a site from scratch.

As for my report, it is different in that I offer a complete step-by-step system and go over every step that is needed on building and selling a site. This includes hosting, domain registration, market research, building the site, getting content for cheap, and the process of selling and transferrring the site. I've also outlined the steps in a simple way so that the whole process is easy for everybody.

The expenses are roughly $30-$60 per site including getting the content and domain registration. So if you flipped 25 sites for $200, the expenses would be roughly $1,250, and the profit would be roughly $3,750.

I do want to point out that site can sell up to around $500 or even more. If you sell the sites at a higher value, you can flip less sites to reach $5,000 per week. But flipping 25 sites in 7 days is possible if you want to work at that pace.

The expenses can vary since the costs of hosting, PLR content, and where you list your site for sale can vary depending on what options you go with. I can't give you exact figures on those expenses, but I do explain the options in detail as well as the costs in the report so that you can make an educated decision.

It's up to you to decide on how long you want to hold your sites. I do explain in detail the benefits of doing so. But to give you an idea, the sites will sell $300-$450 if the monthly income is $100 a month. I do provide free traffic generation methods in my report.

In your last response, you talk about holding a site for a month and getting $100 a month out of it (would the income mainly originate from adsense?) before selling it at $300-$450.

So, in other words, in order to be able to flip the site for $300-450 as mentioned, we need to have at least $100 in income from the site? In other words, people are only going to be willing to pay that much for the site if you can prove that you have that level of income for it?

Rephrasing this, it actually means that in order to expect to sell the site we probably need to hold on to it for about a month or so? In other words, not really instant cash since we need to wait for the site to mature and show a certain level of income first?

What about the lower end, selling the site for $200?

Hi Paul,

If you can hold onto a site for roughly a week or two, get some traffic to it, you can sell the site for $300-$400. The site doesn't necessarily have to have that much income if there are othey ways to compensate for the value. If you can bring traffic to the site (and I show you several ways to get quite a bit of traffic to a site quickly), that can compensate for the value if a site doesn't have that much income coming in.

Also, you don't necessarily have to wait a month before you can sell off the site. Once a site has made $100 in income (and this is possible because I show you sevral ways of bringing in quick targeted traffic), it's enough to give potential buyers that the estimated monthly income is $100 per month.

If you rather sell the site as is for $200-$300, then it's pretty much you set the site up and then it's ready to sell. This can be done in under 30 minutes.
