My original post and the sales page both state very clearly that the software has ads

So yes there are ads - it does not affect the software in any way whatsoever. People just see ads when they use the software - as is the case for most resale rights products

The ads are not "half the product". That implies that the software contains some sort of upsell - which isn't the case.

It is just software that contains ads for other (unrelated) products

As stated in the original post, members of my Software Gold Club can change the ads to advertise anything they want - but for $7 you get the software as-is (with my ads in)
