As far as the package is concerned and where the links are from,

On each of the 25 web 2.0 pages created there are 3-5 incontent anchor text links, thats where you get the 100-125 in content links, Then after that each webpage is social bookmarked to 20 popular do follow social bookmarking sites, this is where you get your additional 500 link power from this package. Thats where you get the total of 600 - 625 link power passing to your site after the package is completed. Also in your completion report you get all log in info for your pages, and you can add more content and continue building links off those pages as you wish, after those webpages mature 6 months to a year down the road they will have pretty decent pr that you can also use to your advantage.

As far as the web 2.0 sites used and examples, they are pretty much similar to your average squidoo lense, hubpages, weebly ect. (each page is optimized to its max potential with out spamming.)

I haven't done too much experiment by myself on SEO and link wheels yet, and I just read about these theories. I don't even know if the above statement is true.

If you keep the site private while building the link wheel structure, and release the site to public after certain period of time (say like 2-3 weeks), we might be able to get around with this new Google rule of "not putting much value of links from web 2.0 sites anymore" talks. Just my thought. If anybody is inspired by this method let me know how it worked...
