Over the past year, I have had more people come to me wanting to make just a few thousand dollars per month and that's it. They did not want millions, they just wanted extra income, or to simply cover their bills.

Jack says, "In the land of the blind, the one eyed person is king". And, you know what? He's right. He showed me some of the things he does for businesses that literally takes virtually no time at all, and he rakes in cash on top of cash!

Jack is a do-er.

he is actually out there doing this stuff. He's not some guru who speaks from stage on all these theories or ideas on how to make money with offline businesses, he actually does it.
He's been doing it for years. He's still doing it and he'll continue doing it.

One of the biggest gaps in history right now is the gap between offline businesses and Internet Marketing. These businesses know how to clean carpets, or groom poodles, or fix cars, or teach defensive driving, or are plumbers or master electricians, or laser hair removers... they are not Internet Marketers.

I've just finished Video 1 and the info that Jack provides is awesome. His niche ideas and reasoning behind them are great. If I got nothing but the info in Video 1, I would be very happy with the price I paid.

After watching the first video, all I can say is "WOW!"

Even after consulting with brick and mortar businesses as long as I have, I still learned something very valuable... how to ________ your potential clients. Something so simple, and yet it never crossed my mind to do it!

Just this one gem of information was worth the price. I'm looking forward to picking up similar gems in the other videos that I can immediately apply to streamline my business and make it even MORE profitable.

I never go apples to apples with SEO and Web Design. I'm no techie. I'm an internet marketer and that's what I position myself as.

The system is absolutely about generating more leads for clients but I do it in a way that doesn't require me to touch their website or for them to even have a website.

I have a defined package that I provide potential customers. I don't give them a menu and let them choose. The last thing I want to do is take on big web site design projects with database functionality.

The goal here is to generate everyday, pay the bills cash so we don't have to go to a dreaded JOB, and can focus on furthering our IM lifestyle.

It's funny, in this economy I run into so many people afraid of getting laid off and losing their job, while my biggest fear would be having to get one.

Everything I do can be done by just about any level of internet marketer without the need to outsource.

Unless, of course, they just want to free up more time.

Fantastic. I've come across a lot of great info in the Offline Gold - Cash Cow niche. The old saying "Every man is my superior in that I can learn from him" couldn't ring truer in this offline space.

Looks like you have stripped it down and "narrowed the focus" for offline businesses. I think this is key as they are more concerned about getting additional business and have no idea about SEO, autoresponders, etc and little time to be walked through a crash course...At least, most don't.

I think this is the track you are on, right?

So going wide is a starting point, which leads into going deep for even more profits?

I am in the process of reading the report and it sounds pretty good. There is only one problem. It seems like it could only be achieved with a lot of face-to-face meetings. Would that be an accurate statement? Would there be a way to implement this tactic without meeting them in person?

Actually I have multiple clients that I have never met. Some in other cities and states. Yes it helps when you are going wide to meet and network, but once you've determined a niche then going deep rarely requires meeting in person.

If it's absolutely necessary that you don't meet with prospective customers I recommend doing very inexpensive and possibly even free trial for a first customer in a niche so you can build a case study and testimonial for going deep.

Hi Joel, the WSO report is, of course, free. We are in Beta / Building mode of the Membership - Coaching site. Inside are video tutorials on exactly what I do for offline clients. In other words, do you have a well- formulated strategy and step by step plan for people that can not, or will not, meet people in person, but still want to reach out to the offline market? I know that there are some strategies out there that cover specific steps on how to do it remotely without actually meeting - Maria Gudelis's strategies come to mind.

Maria Gudelis has some fantastic material on outsourcing the sales process. I'm on her list and think I've saved everyone of her emails. Any client getting strategies can be applied. There are some excellent WSOs here on the subject. Offline X Factor will cover my own techniques as well.

I have clients in other markets that I have never met. Having case studies and proofs of what you are offering can be key. It is much easier marketing to and getting paid when you have the proof of what you can do.

I usually go outside of my region when I have successful campaigns running for a similar business already.

My training mainly focuses on the techniques I use to market my clients so that the success is quick and referrals are not far behind.

It gets a lot easier when you have a happy customer in a niche and then go to other businesses in that same niche and present yourself and specializing in "Internet Marketing for _____________ Industry".

Requirement for face to face time is rarely an issue at that point.

Thanks Alex. I think anyone that has been interested in the offline gold niche but was not sure what exactly they would do for a client will be blown away by the content.

Even if you have no technical skills such as website design, programming, databases etc you can open lead valves for offline businesses even without outsourcing.

The Offline X Factor literally spoon feeds you the exact steps of how to get your clients exposure on the internet without any techie stuff.

Almost immediately, his site had two listings on the first page of Google for one keyphrase and another listing on the first page of Google for another keyphrase.

Thanks Caroline. Yes the results are swift and businesses are impressed when you show them so quickly.

The results only get better when you let the lead valves brew for a bit and keep adding to them each month as your customer happily pays you.

All I can say is ... WOW!

What you guys have given for $27 is better than most products and live classes I've attended. I've already been through all the videos (wanted to see what kind of info. you were going to share) and now I am working on finding my first client.

I really enjoyed the way you step through each lead valve and help the viewer to step back and think differently about what businesses are out there who are ripe for the picking.

By the way, the sample postcard template was worth more than the entry fee alone!

I'm about as green to IM as they come although I've got good business experience. This is actually one of the first IM products I have looked at. I asked you (Eric) if there was a guarantee because I knew absolutely nothing about you or your products (at least until I found all the glowing reviews on this forum) but this really sounds like something I might enjoy doing since I can help local businesses.

I've got two questions. 1. How much should it cost to get started (other than the price of your product)? And 2. How long should it take the average person working 40 hrs/week to get going. I realize that outsourcing (if necessary) would affect the answers to both questions.

Start up costs can vary depending on how to want to prospect but can be minimal if you are willing to go out and drive for dollars.

Outsourcing with this system is completely unnecessary but always an option. I do not present myself as a web designer or technical person at all to customers. I am an Internet Marketer. Everything I do for customers takes almost no technical ability.

You can use Xfactor as a stand alone business or add it to your other offline consulting skills if you do happen to be a web designer or have the capacity to manage the outsourcing of that stuff.

If you do have technical skills, great, it is just another service you can add. On more than one occasion during a conversation or email with a current customer they would ask me "oh by the way, can you fix my printer"?

I guess they just figure your a computer guy.

Question 2. I don't know if there is an average person. One thing you have to do is get out of the 40 hours a week thinking. I depends on what you do for that 40 hours.

You get paid for results not activity. I know too many people that will sit at there desk for 40 hours putting together projections and potential customer lists and keyword research and...... everything but the one that counts. Talk to a customer.

If you spent 30 hours a week talking to business owners and 10 hours implementing the tactical part you should be doing a pretty decent business your first month.

That's not just with offline x factor. That's with any offline consulting business. There are a lot of ways to do this business successfully. Offline X Factor is just a way that requires no technical skills, no outsourcing and a systematized way to not have to go after every plumber, florist, salon owner, dog groomer in town.

Hello Jack:

I carefully studied the 1st (4) modules today (Sat.) and all their videos... excellent marketing-driven material so far!

Afterwards, I searched for a OXF professional SALES LETTER (initial communication sent prior to report) and CLIENT AGREEMENT... but located neither.

If they are not yet included, I would really appreciate they be made available as close to yesterday as possible so I need not reinvent the wheel and marketing may start within the next few days!
