How Did I Get The Keywords

I started with 2 lists of almost 8,000 long-tail keywords. Huge lists of long-tail keywords are great, but not useful if the majority of the keywords are not receiving traffic. That was the case with these two lists of keywords. I was able to cut the keyword list in half almost right away by dropping all keywords that had more than 8 words. I cut the list in half again by dropping all keywords that received less than 10 searches per day.

Next I applied my formula for finding profitable, high search volume, low competition keywords and narrowed the list down to just 48 keywords!
