success with some fairly small time sites that had almost no income.

Obviously the more established site the better, but you could easily
apply at least 80% of the methods I explain in the book to "new" sites.

Really glad you asked that question, because Sell Your Site For More
isn't a complete a-to-z flipping guide, and I certainly don't want
to try and trick people into thinking it is.

Sure, I probably could have thrown in a couple more pages on how to build
the best site and everything... but quite simply: that's not my expertise.

Getting maximum profits when you sell your website is what I do best,
and so that's what I've focused on - quite comprehensively if I may say so :O

So if you've already got a site built, this is definitely for you.

So the big question is where will you see the R.O.I for the pizza pie and two liter size colas expense ($16.00)

If you expect that buying this book will instantly bring more revenue into your site flipping business your right! However you have to put it into action....

I just implemented some of the concepts Parker taught me with this product and obviously will post the results when they are in... I implemented his concepts onto a site that I pretty much know would normally sell for $1,000 so if anything more then $16, call it a good investment lol....however after reading the material I wouldn't be surprised if I get $3750 for it.

Good question Joe.

Now the last thing I wanna do is try and trick you into buying
something you can't use, so I'll give it to ya straight;

This report works better for established sites.

However; 75-85% of it can still be applied to any site site - even if
it's only one day old.

If your site is quite literally brand new and has zero income
and zero traffic, but DOES have unique content, or a unique design,
or sells a unique product/ebook, or has unique branding, or a unique
domain, or unique whatever...

Then you'll still have plenty of 'selling points' with which
to profit from.

And that's what a big part of this system is about; finding
your unique selling point of your site and then using it
to maximise the sale price of your site.

2. The feedback I'm receiving (both public and private) is so strong that
I've been encouraged to speed up the release of the Clickbank version.

Hey mate, you don't have to use PayPal as a payment type,
it's just that PayPal.com handles the transaction, whatever method
you use.

So you can still use your credit card with them if you want.

Have you tried manually adding funds to a PayPal acct,
and then paying with that?

Depends on your location, but usually doesn't take more than
a day or two.

I can hold a copy (including bonuses) off to the side for you,
in case this WSO is gone by the time you're ready...

I came across this WSO for the first time today.
I am seriously considering selling 1 or 2 of my established sites.
My problem/question is that both of these are secondary domains on shared hosting (not subdomains but they are not the 'first' domain)

How would I go about selling these? Does your guide cover this?
Would I have to transfer all the files? Or would I have to sell the complete shared hosting account including my other websites?

Thanks for your question!

Your hosting isn't a problem - the new owner
would simply transfer the specific files to their
own server. It wouldn't impact any other sites
you have on that same shared hosting.

Not quite sure what you mean with the
"secondary domains" though... could you
please elaborate a bit?
