Thanks for the super rapid response
Sorry .. got my terminology wrong. I actually mean these are 'add on domains' such that 1 have one Cpanel for site1.com and then add on domains site2.com and site3.com ... site10.com It is site2.com and site3.com that I am considering selling (site1.com I never actually developed as a website)..... I would actually be prepared to sell site2.com up to site10.com as one big package.... Or site2.com and site3.com seperately I will buy your guide if it covers how to sell such a site.... |

Let me know if I'm wrong, but...
From what you're saying it looks like you've got normal, separate .com domain names for both of the sites you want to sell. Is that right? If so then it's no problem that they're 'add on' domains under CPanel, all it matters is that they're standard domain names that you have registrar access to. (Your registrar is the place where you actually bought the domain names themselves, like GoDaddy.com or somewhere similar). Let me know if I'm getting warmer :-D But yeah if that's the case, there wouldn't be any problem and you could just treat them as normal domains. ...and in which case, yes, my glorious WSO will be the cure all for every last one of your site selling ailments :O |

G.R.E.A.T book! Awesome job, Chris!
The best book I've read on flipping ever. This is very well written and the information present is golden. Everything inside is VERY practical and applicable for established sites and should increase your profits manifold! One doesn't just have to put his site for sale on a couple of marketplaces and hope for a sale! This book teaches you everything there is to getting the BEST out of your sale. Once again, awesome job dude! Keep on rockin'! ![]() - Swastik |

EDIT, Friday 16th... IMPORTANT Update RE: Your Order Hey, just wanted to give you a quick update on the WSO: 88 Stoked Warriors have now purchased this thing, meaning ONLY 12 MORE will be sold for $16. -------------------------- First 100 Warriors: $16. + 75x copies sold via "WSO Of The Day" Special promo After that the price rises $1 after every sale. And as soon as this is ready to launch on ClickBank, the WSO WILL BE CLOSED and you'll have to pay the retail price of $54.99 @ sellyoursiteformore.com -------------------------- The clever button above will be updating the "Remaining Quantity" in REAL TIME. If it's already at zero then sorry - you're too late. If you've been on the fence at all with this one - now's time time to make the leap. And if you've got any questions, just let me know! Cheers, - CJ . |

About six years ago, I created about 125 affiliate related web sites. All domains were originally registered by me at that time. Each site has the keyword in the domain name.
Since that time, I have negelected all the sites and very few have been updated. I just keep renewing the annual domain fee and the hosting is free. All total, they earn about $150.00 monthly income. That's about $1.20 per site per month. Again, all neglected by me. Many have adsence ads. Can I sell these sites one at a time and make any money? Does anyone want to buy a six year old site that is not earning any money? Dose the age of the sites have any value? Thanks, Steve |

As I know, the age of the domain adds value to it and domain names with the keywords related to it adds value too. I'm pretty sure you can sell them. Check out the site flipper threads.

As a bundle that would be quite a valuable package Steve. The fact it's earning $150/mo when you haven't done anything with it in years means it's not just sold revenue, but most likely highly undermonetised as well. So yeah, you'd have absolutely no problems selling it. But because they're all fairly small sites, it wouldn't be worth your time/effort/listing fees to sell one by one. I'd either offer the whole thing as a bundle, or break it down into a few different chunks (maybe group them into three or four main niches). And Charls is right - that sort of domain age is a great selling point, definitely adds value. | |

QUICK UPDATE (25th Oct, 0900 GMT):
Hey there, just wanted to let you know that this WSO will be "launching" on ClickBank Tuesday, 10th November, with a "Pre-Launch" beginning next Monday, 2nd November. And that obviously means this WSO must close before then. So here's what I'm gonna do to make sure a few extra lucky Warriors snap up a cheap copy of this system. There have now been 186x copies sold. I'm going to keep 14x more copies up for sale, BUT... the price is going to rise $1 for every sale. The buttons below are updating Price/Quantity in REAL TIME. ------------------------------------------------- ![]() ------------------------------------------------- ![]() ------------------------------------------------- First 100 Warriors: $16. SOLD OUT WSO Of The Day Special: 75 copies SOLD OUT 176th-185th Warrior: $26 SOLD OUT 186th Warrior: $27 SOLD OUT 187th Warrior: $28 CURRENT PRICE @ 0900 GMT, 25th Oct (BUT... if the "Buy Now" button above says the price is higher than $28, then you're too late. Hurry before it rises any further.) 188th Warrior: $29 PENDING PRICE 189th Warrior: $30 190th Warrior: $31 191st Warrior: $32 192nd Warrior: $33 193rd Warrior: $34 194th Warrior: $35 195th Warrior: $36 196th Warrior: $37 197th Warrior: $38 198th Warrior: $39 199th Warrior: $40 200th Warrior: $41 201st Warrior: $54.99 RETAIL PRICE ------------------------------------------------- After the 200th copy is sold or on Monday, 2nd November (whichever comes first)... this WSO WILL BE CLOSED and shipped off to Clickbank, where it'll retail for $54.99 . |

I bought this as a WSO OF THE DAY... and I feel really guilty.
Firstly, because I had the WSO on my watchlist and was just waiting for an opportune time to buy it. I was happy to pay full whack. ![]() Secondly, rarely have I read a WSO that is so chock full of actionable and money-inducing content. It is also original from top to bottom... straight from the head, and no regurgitation of info here. Very few WSOs can make that claim. I feel guilty because it seems like I paid Skoda money to get a Bentley. Most times it's the other way round. ![]() CJ is also one funny fella (he's Aussie afterall ) and his personality shines through in the report.Even though I bought the report more than a week ago, I only read it this morning, because this happened to be an opportune time to do so... and boy am I glad I got this WSO. I am not a site flipper yet, but I can feel the irressitible tug... so I earmarked a few siteflipping WSOs, and this was one of them. I am happy to say my judgement was 100% spot on. Well done, Mr Parker... and a big 'Thank You' from me, Oz P.S. Thanks for the invite.

I've been digesting this over the last few days and have to say its the best treatment on site flipping I've ever seen. If you have the chance to get this before it expires I highly recommend you do it.
The Pros: You should be able to take action using his methods and make some money flipping sites. Parker's writing style is easy to follow and his methods are described in very useful terms. The Sort of Cons: this is a book on selling the websites - not building them. And he is completely up front about this, so I'm not saying its a bad thing. But if you have no clue what a domain is or how to structure a website - you need to get up to speed on that first. Then you can start making some money. Again - highly recommended from someone who's been building and running websites, servers, and data centers since 1996. best, --Jack |

Hey Cj,
I was wondering, can you help me sell my website? I have an website that makes around 200 - 300$/month in sales. Of course, i can provide picture proof or video proof. The site has around 6 months and if the new owner, will figure out how to get more traffic to the website it will make a lot more money. The sales are coming from the traffic that i get from my jv partners. You have a lot more experience than i do and i really need your support on this one. The reason why i am selling this website is because i have some financial issues that i have to take care of and this is a good way to reduce those issues. Please tell me, what are your fees for this type of online service? I hope to hear from you soon. All the best, Tudor |
