I'll inform the office managers about this so they can tell the data entry personnel responsible for classifying submitted articles under irrelevant categories to correct their errors and ensure that they do not make the same mistakes again starting today.

NOV 06 UPDATE: One of our office managers informed me that the accounts were used by new data entry personnel for training and practice, and of course I already told all office managers to use different accounts for training new data entry personnel starting today.

Orders are confirmed only after they are assigned to an office manager supervising a team of article writers, editors and data entry personnel ready for work. This is because we wouldn't want orders to be confirmed then take longer than 24-48 hours to complete and deliver to clients/buyers, which was what happened to previous batches of orders placed during the time we didn't have this policy in place and also before we started beefing up our manpower resources due to the volume of orders.

For orders placed after Nov 03 GMT+8, you can issue refund requests if you need your orders completed in 3-5 work days because I believe we can't commit to such a fast turnaround, especially since we're now working with newly hired and trained personnel who would possibly need a week or 2 to familiarize themselves with their tasks and responsibilities.

I've been given reports by our office managers about batches of orders supposedly completed last Friday at the soonest or yesterday at the latest, but they have failed to follow through with this report, though I partly understand their shortcomings since we've been very very busy ramping up our manpower resources, training newly hired personnel and improving all internal workflow systems, hiring processes, training procedures and improving all client/buyer-provider communications and ordering systems for the official launch of Grayscale 2.0.

Again, my apologies. The delays are entirely my fault since we here have been having a hard time juggling things just to properly complete multiple tasks all at the same time because I would want it to work that way, and I know this isn't quite reasonable on your part, so the best I could offer would be a 50% discount on orders placed before Nov 03 GMT+8 and an open option to anytime withdraw orders placed before or after Nov 03 GMT+8 by issuing refund requests.

BTW: I posted a message informing warriors that we're open for more orders because I was given reports by our office managers stating that all orders placed before Nov 03 would be completed last Friday or yesterday, and I'll say it again since I had again been given reports by our office managers about orders placed before or after Nov 03 being properly completed and delivered Wednesday next week at the soonest or Friday next week at the latest: we're open for more orders, which would be properly completed and delivered much faster since the things we've been doing simultaneously will improve all workflow systems and our manpower resources in the coming weeks, gradual as it may seem, but still: those improvements would be felt in substantial increments. (I'm not much of a fan of halting all business operations to improve its workflow systems and everything internal since I believe these improvements should be immediately implemented then tested and finalized, but anyway: that's just my style)

Marx I appreciate the show of goodwill, but a I would still like an update as to when I can expect my articles to be completed.

I understand things do not always go as we plan, and I understand how it feels to be put in a position to make promisses, and to have to back out on those because someone under me did not complete their end of the deal.
