Completed orders will be delivered via email. These will include XLS submission reports plus copies of the written/rewritten/spun articles.

An order can be completed in 24 hours as soon as our customer email support representatives send confirmation of received orders unless it's humanly impossible to complete bulk orders in 24 hours or in case of life-and-death emergencies (typhoons, floods, earthquakes, countrywide epidemics, etc.).

Yes, XLS reports will be sent along with the submitted articles in MS Word 2000 format.

The XLS report will include (1) the directory each article was submitted to; (2) the date and time of each submission; (3) the URL of each submitted article (or its current status in case it's still under review); (4) the title of each submitted article; (5) the main keyword used for each submitted article; (6) the list of relevant keywords used for each submitted article; (7) the keywords used as anchors for the backlinks; and (8) the backlink URLs corresponding to the keyword anchors used for each article.

Yes, we guarantee acceptance of EZA among the other 22 article directories included in our list.

There are 2 article directories in our list which sometimes (10% of the time) reject our articles because we have already submitted it to the 23 other article directories listed above.

We believe it's acceptable and even more beneficial to submit the same article to multiple article directories (because of more traffic exposure and backlinks) than submitting it to just EZA, or spinning it then submitting it to multiple article directories (which cost time and money).

We believe it's acceptable to submit the same article to multiple article directories as long as it has not been published by any non-article directory site.

Since these 2 article directories sometimes reject articles because they've already been submitted to others, we offer manual spinning services so these articles would get accepted by these 2 article directories (buzzle and articlecity), which works 100% of the time.

We charge $2.50 for each manually spun 400-500++-word version of a unique article we wrote for our clients. This already includes submissions.

Hope this clears things up, and I'm also hoping others can shed light on this matter since 90% of the time, buzzle and articlecity accept articles already submitted on other article directories but reject such articles 10% of the time.

A Grayscale content researcher/writer VA is required to deliver 10 unique 400-500++-word articles on a daily basis, 8 hours/day Mondays to Fridays.

A Grayscale editor/proofreader VA is tasked to properly edit and proofread 30 400-500++-word articles from 3 content researcher/writer VAs on a daily basis, 8 hours/day Mondays to Fridays.

A Grayscale article submitter/uploader VA needs to submit/upload 24000+++ words worth of content per 8-hour day, Mondays to Fridays.

Yes, we're still providing article writing and submission services along with our content research/writing and VA services.

However, we'll be using the next 5-7 days to develop an automated system where it would be easier for clients and buyers to place orders, securely pay for it then receive their orders faster.

These online forms will allow clients/buyers to:

---> easily fill it up with the appropriate details of their orders;

---> securely pay for it via PayPal/credit card; and

---> receive their completed orders in their inboxes on or before the estimated date and time of completion they placed in the forms (unless of course there's some sort of dispute because their expectations are way off industry standards, in which we would be contacting buyers/clients via email/IM about this if this were the case to strike up a fair deal for everyone).

These forms would also allow us to:

---> focus on completing the orders and not processing them because processing would be automated, which would be a good thing in terms of improving the overall quality of our services;

We received the payment details of your purchase, but the XLS document containing all details you placed on the text fields of the order form which should be automatically sent to us didn't reach our inbox.

This could be due to 2 reasons:

1) the additional functions of the order forms were being coded while you were placing your order; or

2) you didn't click on the "Return To" button after paying for your order using PayPal (there's a note there informing buyers to click the "Return To" button so as for the order to be completely processed then sent).

I'll refund the payment then post on this thread once everything has been resolved and ready to use.

I'll also post URLs of submitted and published articles we wrote and submitted to the 26 article directories on our list.

We're also updating our list of article directories because 6 of the article directories have suddenly begun to not accept submissions at the moment due to site maintenance, site improvement, and version 2.0 site launch.

This means we'll update our list of 26 article directories by replacing those sites with high PR high traffic ones currently accepting submissions. I have also assigned one of our VAs to update our list of 26 article directories every Monday and Friday starting next week then post it on our website for client/buyer reference.

Our scheduled launch date for all our new systems, service packages and offers = Thursday morning (Manila time).

We'll be launching everything via a new WSO. We'll also post threads about our official launch on other forums like DP and NB among others.

I'll also post an update on this WSO so everyone interested in our services would be notified.

For each order, 24 hours upon acknowledgement of the order from our support representative, unless of course it's humanly impossible to complete the bulk order or in case buyers/clients want their would-be published EZA (or any directory) article to be one of the backlink URLs on the author's resource box of the article copies to be submitted to the remaining directories (publication time varies for each directory, and for us to properly do this: we need to wait for publication before we can use the URL of the published article on the directories as the backlink URL to be placed on the article copies which would then be submitted to the other directories on our list).

Following is a review of the Marx's services.

I ordered five articles on 10/06. The articles were written, submitted to directories and a report sent to me on 10/16.

The articles were well written. They were much more than just keyword stuffed content filled with repeated general statements. I was surprised at the level of vocabulary and thoughtful expressions used.

At $4 a pop, it was already a good deal. Throw in the submission service and you can't beat it.

Not all the articles made it to the first page of Google but some did. In fact, two different articles took spots #1, #2, and #3 for their respective keywords. They have been been there for about a week now.

The articles were for a new site that went live on Sept. 5th. Since Oct 10 when the first articles were submitted, traffic has just about doubled and the first sales have been made.

I received a copy of the articles in Word and two submission reports, one for successful submissions and another for unsuccessful submissions. The reports included the directory url, username, password, submission date, status of submission ,etc.

I wrote Marx on three different occasions and he responded very quickly and thoroughly. After the articles were submitted, I noticed a formatting problem. Each of my articles included a numbered list. On some directories, it had been converted to a single paragraph. I wrote Marx about this and the articles were quickly reformatted.

My experience was a positive one and I want to recommend this service. However, I always encourage people to do their own trial run. Marx works with a team of writers. Just because the quality of my articles was good does not mean that this will always be the case. Although, if you are not satisfied, I am sure that Marx will work with you to get it right.

I received notification of your PayPal payments for your 2 orders, but our customer email support representatives of our article writing and submission department have informed me that they have yet to receive the automatically generated XLS documents containing all data you entered on the order form.

I have left a message for our Web admin (it's now 4am here, and work starts 9am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays - our Web admin already left the office when I was informed about this) to download the XLS copies of your orders from the corresponding database directory as soon as he starts working so I could assign it to the VAs right away.

This may be caused by bugs we have yet to correct after we added the feature of client/buyer GC members being able to place their GC usernames and passwords to gain access to much lower rates for our already inexpensive services via the order forms, but we're working on everything right now so we could move on to Grayscale version 2.0's official launch, now rescheduled hopefully early next week.

I'll notify you via email once your orders have been assigned to the VAs.

I was referring to the feature where you can use your credit or debit card to fund PayPal payments, but this wouldn't be available since it doesn't work in your country.

How about asking someone you know with a PayPal account overseas to place the orders for you?

Or, is https://www.xoom.com available in your country? (you can use this service to send money to a local Philippine bank account, and you can fund the transfers via your bank account, credit/debit cards or PayPal).

Thanks for raising this issue. It made me realize I needed to ask our Web admin to integrate the feature of clients/buyers being able to pay for their orders via Xoom.Com among other payment options.

Our existing AM account along with some AM users have yet to be completely exported to the databases of the corresponding company assigned to handle existing AM accounts.

Yes, we can use your EZA account to submit your articles. Just write down necessary instructions in the appropriate text fields of our order forms so it'll be included in the automatically generated XLS documents which are emailed by the script to our designated customer email support representatives for processing and distribution.

Yes, we initially submit articles to EZA then to the other 25 article directories on our updated list.

Even if you have your own keywords, it's still $4 each.

We've changed our rates for article rewriting (not spinning) and submissions. It's now $3.50 per 400-550 rewritten article submitted to the 26 article directories on our updated list.

As for article spinning and submissions, we have yet to finalize a pricing structure for this, but I believe $8 per 400-550-word unique article freshly written, spun once and processed by software to produce 25 unique versions, then for the freshly written version to be submitted to the 1st article directory on our updated list followed by each unique spun version submitted to the 2nd up until the 26th article directory (freshly written article = 1st directory; 1st spun version = 2nd directory; 2nd spun version = 3rd directory; and so on).
