I got a sneak peek of this book last night and I must say it is one of the most informative reads I have had about SEO. I usually cannot finish an ebook because all they do is drag on and alot of repeated non-sense.

I have been in SEO for about 2 yrs now and I found alot of interesting things in this short ebook. There is no messing around. It gets right to the point and tells you how to go about it the best way possible.

I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that is wanting to know the real SEO tactics and not beat around the bush with all the other non-sense that lurks around.

I've been following Terry's thread for quite some time now and have been eagerly anticipating the release of this book.

The one question that I have is concerning local search: In the beginning of your famous "Ask the SEO Guy Anything" thread, you were asked a question about local search and although you gave some great guidance, you eluded to the fact that the loophole you discovered in google local search would be included in an upcoming ebook that you were planning on creating.

I don't know how I feel about giving away the golden egg so to speak though.. this is something I've only ran across 1 other person doing (and he's not even doing it to the max benefit...). I highly doubt that, this book is mostly whitehat SEO, with a bit of grey.

Besides, any loophole will be discovered and removed by Google within a few months. And if you're caught exploiting one, you're likely to be permanently removed from the Google index altogether.

Disclosing such loophole would place Terry in a dangerous position as it would definitely be exploited by everyone around, so I'm sure he will not do so.

Don't build your business on quicksand.

This ebook provides a solid overview of SEO techniques, I think it's particularly useful for those at the novice-to-intermediate level.

There are also some really good ideas for advanced SEO practitioners sprinkled in the text, such as how to determine link velocity in a given niche.

It's a great ebook, 8/10. There's a lot of content in 25 pages.

The only flaw is that it's a bit general in places (like the 'Use Tools' section). A few real-world examples on how to implement these 10 commandments would be really helpful.

But one thing killed the sale for me: you're considering putting that bonus in there? I wish you hadn't mentioned it; I would have bought!

PS: Some PR4-site backlinks are better than PR8. It depends on how the site is laid out, and what its internal link structure is. Example: a profile page on the PR8 site may be 6 links from the nearest PR2+ page, while the PR4 site page may be 4 clicks from the home page, and also has other profiles linked to it (there may be a sidebar that links to recently registered users, further adding power to that page). I'm sure you guys know this! Just a tip for the newbies reading this.

PPS: I'm sure this is a great WSO, though. Reviews look great. I just get turned off by bait tactics and things like that (even though you didn't have that intention).
