Sounds like great offer here but more meaningful if you can show few samples (content) of the webpages and newsletter.

Also i would like to know if the webpages content are unique articles or PLR?

this looks like an interesting offer. Can you just clarify that I am reading the rights to the website correctly and that is that you are not allowed to resell it or give it away in any shape or form... which means that there will only ever be 30 of these?? have I got it right?

Oh, and how is easy is it to add specific keyword/meta information (or edit the content for that matter) to make it a little more unique?

Yes, you are right. these do not include resell rights and only 30 will be allowed.
Changing the meta tags and content can be done easily to all the pages.
