Yes, the reseller license of $10/mth is for ongoing license.

and yes, the current cost of the membership site is a one-time fee of $97.

Members can watch the videos online, everything is being hosted already. They don't have to download everything first (in fact, most videos cannot be downloaded in order to protect from abuse)

The reseller license is setup in such a way that all you need to do is to promote the membership with your supplied reseller link. Everything else including the delivery & creation of membership accounts to the customers are automated by the system, which is run by Delavo. You just need to think of what to do with the instant payment to your Paypal or 2checkout account(s) ...

Sounds interesting but i dont really know how many respected marketers would want to promote a $97 product that they have never seen?

As we would be paying a monthly fee to prmote the site i dont see why you cant give resellers a free membership so they can see what they are promoting?

I understand your concern.

The reseller license is originally for HMV members ONLY. So in order to be a reseller, one must pay $97 (one-time) for the membership & $97 monthly for the reseller license. That's a total of $194 to start with!!

Secondly, to offer a reseller the full membership for $10 per month is going to kill the perceived value of the membership. I have many members already paying me $97 to join the membership. I'm sorry that I can't afford to please new resellers by devaluing my product at the expense of being so unfair & unjust to my current customers.

About respected marketers (those with proven track records), well normally this wouldn't even be an issue as they will normally be my exclusive JV partners where giving access to our my products for review is part and parcel of a JV agreement.. :-)

The opportunity that I'm giving now is for the majority of people. We all know that many marketers claim they need to review the product first before they're going to promote your product, but in actual fact, most people don't. Only respected marketers like you've mentioned above do that (and again, that isn't an issue here)

I'm also adding the membership to my PLR Videos monthly site which normally costs $47/mth. Some marketers aren't interested in the reseller license but took up this offer to benefit from the bonus alone.

Once again, I'm sorry that I couldn't offer the actual HMV membership for such a low price.

Why is it devaluing it, you say people have paid $97 that is a one off fee, if i beecome a reseller and stay a member for 12 months that is $120 more than your full paying customers so how is that devaluing anything?
Also people who have paid the $97 dont need to know that resellers are paying $10 per month to sell it.

obvioulsy the product is yours and you can do as you wish, put personally i have already bought into resellers packages with others and paid amounts from $17 to $200 and each time they have included a free membership and i personally value my list and reputation too much to recommend a product with a $97 value that i havent seen.
Shame as it looked interesting.

Every marketer his own reasons & decisions to make. I respect your opinion & I hope you respect mine either. Like I've said, my decisions are also based on other factors and not just 'devaluing'.

To you it sounded not but to me, it is! (You have no idea what's inside the membership) So please respect each other's opinions ok and do not start comparing with other marketers' offers when you have no idea what my membership consists of.

Your comment about staying for 12 months is somewhat true. However, I normally do not reject such requests from members if they request personally to me. Many times I upgraded members without even letting them know. I prefer such deals to be made privately instead of writing it in public. (How I wish I don't have to tell this here but I'm forced to answer to your queries)
