Yes, to broadcast.

This is especially important, because in using the survey system. You can broadcast a message to the complete list, or using the survey functions, you can send a message to any subset of individuals that responded to your survey when subscribing to your newsletter.

How to change data. The best way is to setup a proper survey, with new opt-in and give subscribers a solid reason and or bonus to take the survey.

Another option is that after your initial survey. You can create another autoresponder. Then you can move multiple subscribers with a particular answer to the new autoresponder.

Example: if you ask a dog question, 1: big 2 small

U can create a new autoresponder dealing only with small dogs, and move all who choose, #2, at once to the new autoresponder.

I just wanted to jump in here and say that I've been using Kelvin's
service since 2002 or so, and have found it to be 100% reliable.

I've used Aweber and other AR services, and I get just as good
an open rate with Followup101 as I have with any of them.

In the last 5 years, I've experienced downtime with Aweber, Responsebot,
and various free alternatives.

Followup101 has never let me down...not once!

The biggest thing that has made a fan out of me though, is Kelvin's
customer support. The few times I've had questions, he's responded
within an hour or less and stayed with me until the question was answered
to my satisfaction.

One time, he even called me to make sure everything was up and going!
(Back then I was pretty stupid where autoresponders were concerned)

That, to me, is worth more than the price of the service! I know if there's
ever any problem, Kelvin will be there to help me sort it out--even if
it's my own ignorance!

So, if you need your first AR service, or you think you might ever need
a backup for any reason, jump on this while it's being offered.

Also, it's super easy to set up everything. The menu is laid out in a
very intuitive fashion and everything is pretty self-explanatory and he
includes tutorial videos so you don't have to spend hours scratching your
head, wondering what to do.

All the functions are located in the top menu bar so you don't have to
sort through a half a dozen pages searching for the funtion you want
either! It's all right there handy with one click on a drop-down menu.

Bottom line...don't wonder about it, or agonize over it. Just get it!

The frequency is up to you. You can a message daily, weekly, or any combination you want.

example Messages 1 is immediate
2 on day 2
3 on day 7
4 on day 9
5 day 14

Again, it is up to you over what time period messages are delivered. And it is up to 26 messages. you may want only have 4.

Example: You set up 2 autoresponder series. One is softsell, One is hardsell.

I cannot give you an exact number but I would say the deliverability rate is at least average. Users have never reported any major problems with having emails delivered to their lists.
