Default # BRAND NEW - Beat The FTC Honestly - And Still Rake In The $$$ #

Beat The FTC Honestly
And Still Rake In The Cash

**DISCLAIMER** I am NOT a lawyer and this is NOT legal
advice. Just some good common sense advice that I
have personally been doing since I started affiliate marketing.
If you have any concerns about this issue, do NOT buy this
report but consult with an attorney.

Do you want to discover how this 6 figure a year marketer has
ALWAYS worked within FTC guidelines and yet never had to
worry about making a sale?

I've been seriously criticized for not selling hard enough and
not having sales pages loaded with testimonials promising
the moon and copy that all but screamed of hype.

And yet...for the last 3 years...I have banked 6 figrues.

So how do I do it? How am I able to get people to buy from
me even though I don't do all the things that the FTC says
we can no longer do?

The answer is simple and I've included it in a brief 20 page
report. There is no fluff or filler in this report. It is just straight
to the point, factual info.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I'm going to outline the entire
report right here so that you know exactly what you're getting.
You can then decide if it's something you think will be of use
to you.

The report starts off with an overview of the FTC guidelines. I
go over the important parts and explain what they mean to you
in English, showing what you CAN'T do.

The next part of the report is for affiliate marketers ONLY. It
covers the use of testimonials and reviews for a product, what
you can say and what you can't say. I show you, with explicit
examples, what works like gangbusters.

What I am doing is sharing with you my actual affiliate promotions
that landed me near the top of every affiliate contest I ever entered.
I show you how you can even tell people you're an affiliate and
getting compensated for the sale and STILL make the sale
anyway.

Heck, I show you how you can even give the prospect your
affiliate link, show them how to determine if you'll even get
credit for the sale by checking the order page and STILL get
them to buy from you.

In short, I show you how you can be so up front about
everything and still beat out most affiliate marketers who
try to hide behind the truth.

I share in this section a 7 step process for writing a review
of a product that is FOOL PROOF. I even show you my
own reviews so you can copy their style.

I then go over how to write a resource box that will absolutely
get people to your review site. Not only that, but the way
you will write this resource box will instill complete confidence
in your prospect.

And then there is my simple mathematical formula...

? + ? = $$$$

You'll find out what ? and ? are in this report.

This formula has worked for me for every affiliate promotion
I have ever done.

The next section of the report is for copywriters ONLY.

It will show you how to fix up your sales page so that it
conforms to FTC guidelines. My sales pages have always
been within guidelines...long before this thing ever hit the fan.

In short...I am not at all worried about the FTC.

And after you are done reading this report, you won't have to
worry about them either.

I was going to give this away...but nobody values anything that's
free. So I am practically giving it away for a meager $7. This will
keep the tire kickers from just downloading it and doing nothing
with it.

I will not lie to you. There IS some work involved. If you are
looking for a push button solution to this problem...look elsewhere
because there is nothing here for you.

However, if you are looking for a way to save your affiliate blogs
and sales pages, you MUST read this report.

For those who are concerned that their $7 will be wasted, I am
backing this report up with a standard 60 day guarantee. I
won't go any longer on a $7 report. It's just not worth it.

However...there is more.

See, a 20 page report is NOT going to turn you into an
affiliate marketer or a copywriter. It's just not possible. So
obviously, this report is for those who at least have a basic
knowledge of both.

Therefore...and I wasn't going to offer these products in a WSO
again...I am making an exception because of the recent FTC
changes.

I am offering...for those who want it...four of my books at
an insane price. If you already have them, then all you need is
the report.

These are the four books I am offering:

Affiliate Assassin
Basic Copywriting In Plain English
The Complete Article Writing and Marketing Guide
Insider Secrets Of An Article Marketing Wiz

These four books (one of which isn't even available to the
general public) go for total of $111 The article writing
and marketing guide actually comes packaged with the
copywriting book.

I'm offering these four books for $67 through this WSO.

That's less than $17 each.

That's 40% off the regular price.

However, if you don't need them all, there are links in the
report where you can buy what you do need at the regular
price.

Anyway, that's it. No hard sell here. The FTC means
business. If you've got any kind of review blogs out there
or other means of promotion that are not in compliance
with the FTC and don't know how to deal with this
problem...you need this report.

End of story.

Here is the link where you can pick up just the report
for $7.

http://www.stevewagenheim.com/ftc/ftcwso.html

If you want my other four products at 40% off, you can pick
them up here for $67.

http://www.stevewagenheim.com/ftc/ftccompwso.html

If you want to see the original sales pages, here they are so
you can see exactly what you'll be getting:

Affiliate Assassin

Basic Copywriting In Plain English

The Complete Article Writing And Marketing Guide

There is no sales page for the Insider Secrets guide. As I
said, that book isn't even available to the general public.

I am offering a 6 month guarantee on these 4 books. That is
how sure I am that they will greatly help you with your
copywriting, article writing and affiliate marketing.

I will answer any questions that you have about anything.
Those that know me know I am an open book. If you want
to see testimonials for my previous WSOs, go to:

WSO Tracker - Tracking, Alerts, Watchlist, RSS Feeds and more... | Warrior+Plus

My reputation at this forum, at least as far as WSOs go, is
spotless. Yeah, I can be a hot head at times, when I'm
passionate about something, but I've never been accused of
ripping people off.

Like I said, if you're looking for a push button solution to this
FTC problem...go someplace else. I don't have it. What I
have is some common sense advice and some clever
marketing that will allow full disclosure and STILL get sales.

If you think that's not possible then you need to read this
report.

I have no idea how many of these I'm going to sell. No, this
isn't going to be one of those "you can get it forever" offers,
at least not at this price. If I DO release this report to the
general product (not decided yet) it will sell for a minimum
of $17. So right now, you can pick this up for a song.

Tomorrow?

If I were you...I wouldn't wait until tomorrow.

Sincerely,

Steven Wagenheim

It should. It took me hours to sift through that crap and make sense of it
all. So this should save people a lot of time.

Hi Steven,

I just bought and read the report. I like it a lot - thank you.

I think you are correct, that when you are ridiculously honest, almost to the point of advising people not to buy it if they're unsure, you make yourself stand out as an honest guy.

Good stuff,

Scotty

I am not a lawyer so I cannot answer that question. It is quite possible
that the FTC could try to encourage foreign countries to go after
violators. I have no way of knowing. I suggest you consult with an
attorney on this issue.

Hi Steve

I have been thinking about the new FTC Guidelines over the weekend and wondering how they were going to inpact Internet marketing and Affiliate marketing.

I can not wait to read your book to see if the conclusions that I have reached match what you have already been doing.

Thank you in advance for making this available

Steve, does your book cover adsense sites? If a site has just adsense on it and no affiliate products promoted, is that good to go?

Thanks

I like the way you structured your review. I don't write my own reviews, Do you think this will be easy to outsource?

Doesn't the typical results part apply to affiliates as well? Wouldn't the affiliate need to use generic wording here as well?

I had a similar review on my site and I changed it...

From:
"In my case, my acne cleared up in just 2 days."

To:
"In my case, my face looked a lot better after 2 days."

About Your Disclosure Method

I understand that you are all about developing trust with visitors, but how does this work for someone who is using PPC to drive in one-time visitors.

The first thing you say is.. "I get compensated for any sales made through my recommendation". In some niches, that's a sales killer. I could understand that working
in the IM niche, but what about "Yeast Infections". I don't think that would fly in that market.

Quote:
Cleland@FTC - In terms of clear and conspicuous, the criteria there is that the consumers will notice the disclosure. Disclosures can be made in different ways, whether you make it outside of the text but in proximity to blog, or incorporate it into the blog discussion itself–those are the issues that bloggers will have discretion about.”
On my website(s) I have a thin border at the end of my template. I put the disclosure disclaimer (in plain english) just below that.

----------

Anyway, I'm going to go ahead and pickup your "Affiliate Assassin". I was really impressed with what I saw from this report.

The book is essentially for affiliate marketers and product creators. If you
don't have testimonials, product reviews or claims on your site, you should
be okay. But check with a lawyer.

You bring up some good points. Each niche is going to react differently to
the tactics in the report. Without testing them all (physically impossible)
there is no way for me to tell if it will work for people looking for cures
for yeast infections.

But here is what I do know. If you don't adhere to the FTC guidelines,
it could land you in a ton of trouble and any sales you do get will end
up getting swallowed by the fines.

What you do is ultimately up to you.

Steve,

Thank you for putting together this great WSO.

However, the real nice thing about buying your WSO's is your writing.

If anyone wants to learn how to be a better writer they should by Steve's stuff.

The guy is a true professional.

Thanks again,

Len

What you do is ultimately up to you.
They said they would not fine bloggers, just take down the website and that's only after several warnings.

Looking back over it again, acne is probably the best example you could give because you can relate it to any health topic (including Yeast Infection).

However, using your example, just saying that "you are compensated for any sale" still might not be enough for the FTC. Some have said that they expect you to spell out an affiliate relationship as if you are an employee of the affiliate vendor.

Still, I should be able to split test your method (versus what I already have) within a week or so. I just need to outsource the writing.

If your method might even convert better. I will have to test it and see.

Hey Steve-

Thanks for the report. I have been banging my head back and forth and have spent more than a few hours online trying to make sense of these new FTC guidelines.

This is an inexpensive education that should help all affiliates.

Thanks again.

This is a really good quick little short report. Straight to the point no B.S. or fluff added. Steve did a good job here translating what we need to know to cover our a$$es.

No it is not the cure all, but it will definition put you in the right direction by letting you know what you better be doing.
