Hi Jack I was privileged to be asked to review this handbook, and after reading it I was surprised just how much I didn't know about copyright! Sure, I knew that - technically speaking - certain works are copyrighted from the time of their creation. When you first asked me to review your eBook the first question that came to my mind was "how can jack write an ebook on copyright if he is not a lawyer?" Well, the answer to my question is, "By doing hours and hours of research." Jack this is a well written eBook that concentrates most if not all of the questions and answers I could ever come up with in one easy to read volume. It not only answers many questions about copyright issues but it can also serve as a guide to anyone who wants to be able to intelligently discuss the subject with a lawyer. With this information one wouldn't have to approach with an "I'm a know nothing who is at your mercy," rather the approach to your lawyer can be, "I need your services and I know why I need your services, I come armed with knowledge, now lets discuss MY needs for your service and what you can offer me."
