spelling mistakes aside, the report is straightforward and easy to follow. It shows how the method works and what you need to do to put into action.
Putting this together can be done for free or just a few $$ each time if you want to outsource parts of it.

I dont know how widespread this method is being used by marketers. I have not used this method for driving traffic so I cannot confirm that it will work, however, I have no reason to believe it will not work. You would probably need to repeat this task on an ongoing basis.
