Regarding costs apart from domain and registration, the only other cost involved is paying for a $77 plugin. This plugin is well worth the investment because onece you've paid for it, you can use it on any blog you want. There are other costs involved if you want to truly automate this to buld a business, but I only suggest doing so once you've established an income from your auto-blogs.
