I'm trying to access the control panel so I can start learning how to use this. The video says to go to a toolbar where there should be an edit button to access the control panel, next to the knowledge button. There is no such button nor is there anything to the left of the knowledge button as indicated in the videos.

I am logged in according to the toolbar, which shows my name, account, website url, logout and knowledge buttons. Am I missing something here or is the system having a glitch with my account? Please let me know what I need to do. I've tried logging out and back in again with no success. Thanks in advance. Patrick

Any chance that you might be using a browser other than IE? We are currently working on making Koorus fully cross-browser compatible, but are not there yet.

That is the only time that we have heard of this type of issue. No ... I checked your site and all is working as appropriately ... at least from here.

Ahhh, yes. Thanks very much. The problem was I using Firefox. I remember now reading about the browser issue last night, but forgot about it. I'm logged in now in IE. Thanks for the excellent support, very helpful. Take care. Patrick
