Thanks for the question.

WSO authors will definitely be notified ahead of time, generally a few days in advance at least. This is when we will discuss pricing for the offer and what information to put on the "salespage".

No "WSO of the Day" will ever be run without the seller first being contacted and these matters discussed.

No. I am assuming the list you are referring to is the one on the "WSO Alerts" page. That list has nothing to do with the "WSO of the Day".

Sellers will simply "opt-in" when creating their WSO Pro listing, and then we will discuss the details with them. Any seller could be a part of this.

The answer is: "WSO of the Day" is a WSO itself, and it is just for Warriors. It is not being made to the general public. So, there is no conflict with that policy.
