Just a side note... you can reuse the "product" as a template if you want to create a static site (non-wordpress).

Why do you want to do this?
Static sites don't need MYsql database, easy to duplicate for any niche.
Just change the header or have no header.
Very easy to add adsense, CB, amazon etc... no plugins required.
Not everything has to be an "wp autoblog"

There are a lots of sites the rank highly that are NOT WP.
(E.g carbuyingtips.com)
They are not pretty but so what... it's all about content and getting it up quickly.
