Duration of videos would be approximately 5 -13 minutes each.

Size of videos: They are in flv format, and you can play them online hosted on my server, or, I zipped each video for you to download to your hard drive if you wish. I give you both options. Both the zips and non-zipped files comes to 395 MB on my server.
