I have another question - are the blogs that the comments are placed on pulled randomly from the big pool, or is it calculated?

What I mean is - if I wanted to spread out 1,000 backlinks over 10 weeks by ordering the 100 package once a week for 10 weeks to the same URL, will it be a different (or, maybe not entirely different, but random) selection of blogs each time, or will it be the same set of blogs?
