You can't post to multiple blogs at once, but you can set up an infinite number of blogs and then just choose the one to post to.

Same with web sites via FTP and Twitter accounts -- add as many as you like.

I bought Article Architect when Jay first released it more than two and a half years ago and I'm a big fan. It is a fantastic product - well worth the full price. (He didn't ask me to post this.)

It can be used for so much more than just writing and submitting articles. For example I also use it to keep track of what content I've used or plan to use in different membership sites. I can even dictate articles or notes straight into it with my Dictate software.

It's obvious that Jay uses this himself as he keeps on adding cool new features to every version.

Jay - Keep up the good work and don't forget to add your new videos into the Online Learning Center.

Like Kerrie mentioned, I also use AA for more than just articles. Almost every bit of content I write goes into AA, including autoresponder follow-up series, blog posts, audio/video scripts, and even a lot of forums posts.

That way I can very easily keep track of everything and reuse the same content in different places.

Just for anyone who's on the fence...

...I've spent the last several days adding a few new additions to Article Architect. The one that's going to save me the most time is the one I call Submit Tweak.

I like to mark up my articles with some HTML tags like bold, italic, etc. -- makes the article read easier. AA includes a way to tag your text very easily.

However, some article directories don't accept HTML tags so I'd have to go in and strip them for those directories.

But with Submit Tweak you can specify what to do for each directory in your list -- Leave It Alone, Strip All Markup, Convert Markup to HTML, or Convert Markup to BBCode.

Now when you submit an article to multiple directories, AA is smart enough to know how you want the text submitted in each case.

No, not rocket science, but just another way to save time and make writing and submitting articles easier. =:)

That will be in version 2.5 which should be out in about a week (or less) -- and everybody who buys now will get upgraded for free.

PS - I also added Smart Folders -- you can see a list of all content you've written in the last 24 hours or 7 days. And Smart Folders will grow in future versions -- I'm planning on "user defined" Smart Folders. For example, if I want a folder that will show all cooking-related articles -- even if they're scattered over multiple folders/projects -- I'll be able to create a Smart Folder that will show those. Kind of like playlists in iTunes. =:)

PPS - Those waiting for the new Mac installer, that should be here by end of day Monday.

Like Kerrie mentioned, I also use AA for more than just articles. Almost every bit of content I write goes into AA, including autoresponder follow-up series, blog posts, audio/video scripts, and even a lot of forums posts. You're Wasting Time If You're Not Using This! (Windows and* Mac!)** Just for anyone who's on the fence... ...I've spent the last several days adding a few new additions to Article Architect. The one that's going to save me the most time is the one I call Submit Tweak. I like to mark up my articles with some HTML tags like bold, italic, etc. -- makes the article read easier. AA includes a way to tag your text very easily. However, some article directories don't accept HTML tags so I'd have to go in and strip them for those directories. But with Submit Tweak you can specify what to do for each directory in your list -- Leave It Alone, Strip All Markup, Convert Markup to HTML, or Convert Markup to BBCode. Now when you submit an article to multiple directories, AA is smart enough to know how you want the text submitted in each case. No, not rocket science, but just another way to save time and make writing and submitting articles easier. =:) That will be in version 2.5 which should be out in about a week (or less) -- and everybody who buys now will get upgraded for free. Jay Jennings PS - I also added Smart Folders -- you can see a list of all content you've written in the last 24 hours or 7 days. And Smart Folders will grow in future versions -- I'm planning on "user defined" Smart Folders. For example, if I want a folder that will show all cooking-related articles -- even if they're scattered over multiple folders/projects -- I'll be able to create a Smart Folder that will show those. Kind of like playlists in iTunes. =:) PPS - Those waiting for the new Mac installer, that should be here by end of day Monday.
