I just bought this and I'm reading through it now. The niche's sound like they should be profitable, so it's just a matter of applying.

Not sure if it might matter, but the keywords are supplied in XLS files (Excel), so you need Excel, Open Office or Google Docs (or whatever) to open them.

It looks like a good list. Now to get busy putting it to use.

No, I did not... As a matter of fact, during the last weeks the Online Commercial Tool at Microsoft AdLabs was down most of the time.

Some keywords may have good commercial value, some not so good. But even the "non-commercial" keywords could be useful for building a list in the niche. You can offer something for free to these people, and then promote paid products to them.

Anyway, I eliminated from the list all the keyphrases that included the "free" word.
