Has anyone gotten the Buffer to work? To stop the Speech "sputtering" for wireless and lower speed connections? I used their setting but the video never launches, it just waits as an icon for someone to click on it ??

I have never been able to get this to work correctly. I have sent several emails . When the video launches it usually "sputters" unless you always have a high speed connection. So there is a Buffer setting that is suppose to buffer the video for about 10 seconds and then launch it . But, it does NOT work. The tech support email I got was the typical "it worked for me". But, I have tried on several computers and it does NOT work. When you use the Buffer setting the Video does NOT launch. It sits in PLAY VIDEO mode. So, if you do not click on the icon it will NOT launch.
