Don't worry, the $27 price isn't going anywhere

As for PPC, yes I do use PPC as well as other marketing methods which I describe in the book. PPC isn't required but it's something I always like to use because it's pretty instant.

Yes, the niche is revealed. Along with many other niches. Once you read the ebook you find that there are a hundred other niches you can think of that would fit this system perfectly. Some of my customers have given me some absolute gold mine tips on niches they thought of.

Would you mind a few questions? You've addressed some of them already but just maybe my questions will entice you to share a little bit more info before I buy.

1. The WHOLE thing can be done online without ANY personal contact, right?

2. You can SELL your leads 100% online without personal contact with the buyers? How do you convince them these are legit double optin leads?

3. How do you set the PRICE of your leads? - espec the first time round.

4. Is there any SOFTWARE we need that is not included in your package?

5. You mentioned ACCOUNTING. What software do you use for that? Presumably it's not included.

6. How do we GET PAID for leads we sell?

You've been very forthcoming with your answers so far (thanks) and I look forward to your reply.

Gary,

Let me try to answer your questions without giving away to much

1) Personal contact is NOT *required* at all. In the book I do go over making personal contact with local businesses but I have clients that I have never met in person. Now, there will be TELEPHONE contact with pretty much every client.

2) The leads you are selling are not "email" leads. They are people looking for your clients services. I can't get too far into this without giving it away, but you have no worry with "double opt-in's", etc.

3) There is a formula in the book that shows how I price each lead. It depends on the client and their business, but I assure you it's profitable.

4) No extra software, but you will need a web hosting account.

5) Accounting I just use Excel spread sheet. The included software manages your leads and I just use that to setup my spread sheet.

6) You can get paid via Deposit, check, wire, paypal, etc.

Okay folks, I bought this last night and read it through. It's good stuff, that's for sure.

67 pages.

Clearly explained.

If there's anything missing, I cant figure out what it is.

I was looking for a strategy that doesnt involve going out and
chatting up local business people in the hopes of stirring up
some work. Peter's business model does not require you to do
that. It could all be conducted from your home office if that's
what you wanted. It's what I was looking for.

The list of niches Peter is working in is good, and so is
the list of niches which this could/would work for... that
Peter is not working in at the moment.

In other words, there is plenty to go on with.

I particularly appreciate the fully functional software (it stores
the leads that your site generates and it allows you to allocate
them to whichever of your clients are appropriate - then it emails
the prospect's details to your clients for you - and it keeps
full records).

You should know how to upload a web page. If not, I include video tutorials on how to do it with your purchase but of course you may have different software, etc.

I also have little knowledge in web design - so when I need a new page created for me, I usually hire a fellow warrior to handle that part for me. It's inexpensive, effective and has great results.

Hi Charles,

The lead management system is for YOUR business. It manages all incoming leads, lets you assign them and deliver them to clients, etc. Basically does all the "busy" work for you.

Yes, the book does cover how I generate leads for my clients using various forms of marketing. Also includes sample ads, sample keywords, etc. for the niche I use as an example throughout the book.

Assuming you already have a web hosting account then yes $200 would be enough (as I provide you with a website template for a niche I recommend and the software used to manage everything). Obviously that will depend on your skill level, etc. but I give pretty thorough instructions in the book.

Because the majority of small businesses don't have a clue about good direct response marketing. If they do, not a thing about proper copywriting, format, postcards, testing methods, etc. Which is exactly why most resort to a cheesy ad in the newspaper or a billboard on the 101.

Also, say they do know about the DMA's lists db. That website doesn't actually GIVE them leads you understand? That just gives them subscriber numbers and demographics of the various lists & magazines associated with the DMA. The small business would still need to rent the list, come up with a sales message, snail mail it out, etc.

Give me 10 average small business owners and maybe 2 of them will have the stomach to even try that.

Have you been following the "Offline Craze" going on around this forum lately? Businesses will pay people $500 to setup aweber for them. So I'm not sure where the rolling of the eyes is about, but the results of some of my clients speak for themselves.

It's the checkout process I use. If you're not comfortable with the form, just put in fake info (except email, as you will get your download links there, etc.)
