I've done Linkvana and Nextgen Links, etc., etc., but I have never heard of a "profile type link" before. Where on a blog/site would my profile with my link be located? And do these pages with my profile actually have the high PR you describe, or is the high PR page for each individual site the home page? Sorry for the bother, but would you mind explaining with examples exactly how this process for "profile" back linking works please?

The base domain of NLB links are High PR, that's give "Trust" to Google, and at least until now, Google count these type of links. You can see your ranking moving up when you start building it.

However, if you use low PR links, it won't had the same effect!

Yes, most site that allow signature will let you put anchor text! Only those site that without signature will let you put a direct link only

I spend 1 hr a day, every day, adding backlinks to my websites. I find no reason to ever write another article to be published in EZA or any article warehouse - backlinks to high PR sites is all that is needed these days it seems.

On new websites I get sandboxed, by Google, almost immediately, but after a few days the website re-emerges at a high SERP listing. During those days when the website doesn't show up in Google there is no need to add articles or add backlinks - at least that's my experience. You certainly should not publish new posts/articles when sandboxed - no one can find your website; reschedule them when you emerge from sandbox.

It seems that anytime Google sees a dramatic increase in SERP, they sandbox the site and investigate - have your website looking finished with articles. (I'm just guessing what Google does to a sandboxed site)

So check the "Google dance" by doing a Google "Site:" search each day and check on the Google status of new websites.

From my own experience, doing a lot of backlinks to your site won't actually hurt you or sandbox your site, however, it may alert Google in some ways...

What really "sandbox" your site are:

1. Posting too many articles too fast!
2. Duplicate articles on your site, same post twice or more in different places.
3. Lack of authority backlinks to your site, and too many low PR or low quality backlinks to your site.
4. All links to your homepage. (10% ~ 20% to inner page will avoid filter)
5. All links with same keywords. (same here, 10% variant keywords will do)

If you continue to build authority backlinks to your site, your site will gain trust very fast! What really matter these days are authority trust.

That's why spammer already turn to high PR sites for aritcles and spam linking, and guest what?

Google still shows those result! However, if the authority site continues to allow such happens, Google will eventually degrade it's trust, that's why Squidoo doesn't work as good as pass.

Nevertheless, if you can build authority site yourself, you will enjoy a lot of free traffic when your site reach PR 4 and above! That's why traditional SEO skill still works well, but it takes a lot of time and effort to build!

I keep working on the sandboxed websites and schedule 3 articles per day for 30 days and then drop to 1 per day thereafter.

My sites are in WP and have original articles and CPA articles with ad widgets on the left and right (1 each). Still this is too much since my competition is 293,000,000 pages and in a few weeks I'll be on page 1. Sometimes I think I'm too good at this and Google senses the highly optimized SEO website, articles, and backlinks and puts the brakes on to slow me down. Doing the job too well...

If you added links to your article, it will temporary being filtered by Google, and this is call Google Dance!

I'm pretty sure if your article is on High PR article directories, and you don't modify your article during the filter period (3 to 7 days), it will come back very soon.

If somehow you are freak out, and starting to do on page optimization, your article might be filtered even longer time, that's not what you want, so don't do backlinks to unfinished articles.

You can modify it after your article is shown in the result.

New sites are very sensitive, please read this post carefully: Building links too fast?

New site has no "trust" rank from Google, and this ranking is not something you can see!

From my own experience, if you have yet gain "trust" from Google, any links will not be counted! That's why if you use Autopligg or BMD for massive backlinks to your site before getting trust, your site is dead!

How To Gain Trust

Continuously build High PR backlinks to it, you can do it fast or slow, it doesn't matter!

What really matters is:

1. Don't post too many articles to your site too fast, 1 ~ 3 articles are fine.
2. Don't post duplicated content from other article directories for the first 2 months, you need unique articles on your site for the first 1 or 2 months.
3. You may post other directories articles after you have 10 or 20 unique articles.
4. Build a lot of High PR backlinks to gain trust, and if possible, do it consistently, try not to put too much links at the same time.

My Experience

I had a new site, using the method above and gain PR 4 in 4 months! However, most of my site get to PR 3 in 3 months, only this site is different.

To answer your questions:

1. PR are domain PR not page, because you are creating new profile pages, there is no PR for new pages!

2. Most sites - 90% of it are instant approval, some take a little bit more time, but usually in 5 minutes!

There are some rumors about only High Page Rank page are valuable for backlinks, which is so not true!

If you submit to RSS feed, most probably your profile sites already indexed! Ping is just a way to notify search engine, if you use RSS feed and sumit to common aggregator like Feedage.com, skip the ping part.

It normally takes 7 days to 3 weeks to show real result, at the meantime, just keep building more articles and more links !

Pinging the backlinks would be a lot faster, usually 3 days to 2 weeks.

Having said that, it all depends on what keyword you choose, and how many links it requires to overtake that position.

A quick simple way to ping any page is to bookmark this http://pingomatic.com/ping/ and then name it something like PING! in your favorites/bookmarks. Then when you are done with your profile page or whatever kind of page you put your back link on, just hit your PING! bookmark and that page will be automatically pinged.

I just bought your link package and SEO Link Dominator through your link and sent you the email to claim my extra bonus links. I'm a little confused because I see that you are (I think) giving an extra 200 links for just ordering your link package and then is it another 200 links for ordering it with seo link dominator, thus equally 400 bonus links??
