Okay... let me answer each one of your questions:

Leave this to my Keyword Research team. They'll research the right keywords, figure out the competition, KEI and send you a list of profitable keywords that you can choose. In fact, I have provided my team with expensive research tools and training, so that you don't have to!!

Both. Again, it depends on what you are selling. If you are dentist, it is obvious that you MUST focus on local searches. On the other hand, if you are selling something digital (software, ebook, course, tutorials) it doesn't need to local as long as what you are selling can be used anywhere.
