Bought his product (it's now $49.95). I have emailed support because I can't access the product. I watch a video which says login details will arrive in an email whcih I will receive in 5 minutes. I get an email but the link in the email takes me back to the video page. Nothing in my spam or junk folders.

Frustrating.

I've emailed support. No doubt it will get sorted but it doesn't give you a great deal of confidence.

Five hours after emailing about the problem and nine hours after 'buying' the product and I still haven't had even an acknowledgement from your support guys (email address '@instantsupport').

I've cancelled the purchase and requested a refund as per your guarantee. Please confirm that this is OK. I don't really want to learn how to tick customers off. I could probably manage that myself.

It is a very sad to hear that you haven't received the product after wating for a long hours. By the way, I am not trying to convince you in anyway but sharing my experience as I am no different to Brian than you. It is certainly worthwhile becoming a War Room Member not only so that you can PM but in many ways, as far as I am concerned.

In regards to your refund; what Brian says, I am sure, he means it too. Since he claims to provide a lifetime guarantee, he would surely refund your money back to you without a question. So I think it definately worth trying for once because there is nothing to lose.

Brian is a man with positive attitude who will surely comment on your post very positively and wisely as I have personally experienced it in the past.

I appreciate the reply but I guess we have had different experiences. I'm afraid that when someone sells something to you and then attempts to establish a direct relationship with you via say a video, then it rather pours cold water on it all when, having had a problem, you can't contact said person.

As for being able to PM Brian. I suspect it wouldn't have made any difference.
