I know there is a testimonial from me but I want to add.

In addition, just something you may want to keep in mind - no one can guarantee you will receive top rankings using ANY method. Anyone who tries to tell you they can is probably not as knowledgable as they'd like you to think.

I just finished reading this and intend to refer to it again and again while working with offline clients who don't understand SEO. This guide will help me explain things to them in a way they can understand.

I am sure you can't read it but it says that the SEO package that you recommended (this one) is probably one of the best I've seen recently. In addition to the most essential elements, it focuses on local businesses and explained how to implements Latent Sematic Indexing (LSI) in an easy to understand and practical way.
