You asked how ppv works. I have seen some explanations here but I thought I would elaborate.
I have been working with ppv a lot lately.

Here is how pay per view traffic works. Pay per view networks gather tens of thousands of uses of free software, screensavers, and quality internet computer tools. These users agree to receive targeted keyword advertising in return for using the free software. Important this is not spyware. These people agree several times very clearly to receive the ads. Plus they can remove the software and ads easily at anytime. It is legit though it is kind of based on what used to be spyware technology. So the users are doing their normal internet search and type a keyword like "cars" into the search browser. If you are a ppv advertiser and you have chosen "cars" as your keyword then your ad shows up as a pop under right then and there. It can be very effective advertising. I have been testing it with several different and it is working. I have not made money with all campaigns but I am getting real visitors for everything. You can target countries as well. Hey Jonathan. I think we've already discussed that my paypal account was under review and, until it cleared up, I wouldn't be able to send that back to you. I then advised that you'd file a dispute so that they'd have to send it back to you.

But I found out what the problem was. It was past the 45 day mark from the purchase, disputes aren't accepted during that period. What I will have to do is create a NEW paypal account (like I just did), make some money on it, and then send you 500 from that until my other one gets cleared up (and I can make 500 in no time man...I do this for a living).

I promised you we'd work this out and you know I keep my word.
