It needs to be installed for each product sold, but that shouldn't be a problem because it only takes about 5 minutes max to setup. The setup process is really easy and it's only two steps.

Yes, there is a verification function in the PHP script, but you have to modify it. If you can't get that to work, then just fall back on the normal delivery (default), but that's more advanced. It's very flexible and easy to customize if you know PHP, but no programming is required to set it up.
