AH Okay, I'll see if that works. Thanks Something I noticed about the plugin. If you go to the bottom to click on yes for the options, you cannot change the radio buttons ( I think that's what they're called) back to No. Looks like it can be fixed by custom fields, though.

Something's not right, then. You should be able to use the radio buttons (that's exactly what they're called ) to "override" the global settings...I can change them to "yes" or "no"... Is it all of them, or just a specific one? I'm quite happy to take a look for you, if you like...just send me a PM with some login details and I'll get it sorted for you. (Of course, as you point out, you can change the custom fields instead, but that's not the way I designed it!) Thanks, Steve

Also it def turns out it was temporary. Picking up random text from the article and searching for it again has me ranked on top. It was an EZA article too. I hadn't actually done anything yet after reading your post today. When I made the post originally yesterday, I had bookmarked it. Pretty cool. |

Hi Steve I have just purchased (fantastic value!) but am new to autoblogging. I am working on a test blog where links come in from an article database via an RSS feed. I am assuming that WPUnique will work it's magic in this environment? What I would like is WPUnique to do the synonym thing and the text2url thing to the articles coming in from the feed. I am assuming this will work okay? Is there any conflict if the words I want text2url to pick up are also words that have been swapped in by the synonym option? And last question, can I have an affiliate link for this when you launch it? ![]() AJ |

Well, I went ahead and purchased because of the price and I don't even have a blog yet! No entirely true. I have a domain name and hosting and installed Wordpress, but that's as far as I have gotten. Figuring out WP is a whole other animal. |

Hi AJ, Thanks for your custom, and kind words! The RSS feed should be fine, yes. RE: The text2url/synonym question. The only thing you should be aware of is that the synonym code runs before the text2url function. So, if you want to turn the phrase "Dog Training" into "Puppy Training", then you should make your text2url phrase "Puppy Training". Does that make sense? Thanks again, AJ ![]() Steve

Aside from the fact that Mr Fullman is a very smart guy who has developed what I think is an awesome piece of kit, he is also a stand-up guy. Unlike some vendors who will try to use scare tactics to get you to buy their tools, Steven tells you the truth. No gimmicks... no shady tricks... no stunts. That counts for a lot in my book, and I ain't got no doubt that our Steve will go a long way. |

The plug-in looks awesome but is there any way to make content pass copyscape? That would be a plus.

The answer is yes! I must say, though, this plugin is not intended to pass CopyScape...it's intended to pass Google. Totally different beasts. However... When you make decent use of both the synonym file (add to it or edit it to your heart's content!) , and the "Keywords 2 Links" function...and you'll end up with a CopyScape unique article. ![]() Thanks for your questions, and your kind comments. Quite possibly the famous (or infamous) "Google Dance" going on here. Give it a few days and you'll most likely find your site ranking where it was before (or higher) This happens quite a lot, especially to relatively new domains. Cheers, Steve

Why are you so sure this plug in will make articles unique in google's eyes? Any explanation besides your video proof above? Google team is monitoring this thread very closely now? |

Steve, am I correct in thinking that you should use the Uniquify feature OR the Auto-Spin feature but not both or search engines will not be able to see (read) the spun article? Also, not sure if it's unique to me but if you set the defaults to 'yes' and then try to change them to 'no' on individual posts (e.g., on your own content), you have to click each 'no' radio button multiple times before it sticks. Even if defaults are all 'no' the same happens if you click on 'yes' and then try to change back to 'no'. Thanks, Benz1 |

Does it make articles unique? Can you prove it. And what's the risk? I don't have an @google.com email address, therefore I'm not privy to Google's algorithm. However, I can offer my results, the results of my testers, and anyone else who's been kind enough to publish their results back to this thread. The risk? minimal. This isn't a "black hat" technique. This is re-encoding standard ascii text into an equally standard html format. It goes on all the time ![]() Steve Quote:

I can vouch for the fact that this plugin works - AND WORKS WELL... We have been using an inhouse plugin that works the same way and have enjoyed many high ranking sites because of it. No google slaps No bans Just high rankings and commission checks. Not only that, but Steve is a nice guy...So, buy his stuff ![]() Jeremy |

"The text gets converted into HTML character codes. Perfectly legal, yet different from the regular alphabet." Guess I'm going to need to do some more digging on that Steve..being blonde and non-teckkie..well that should be interesting. ![]() I did have similar results as you show in the video at first. I changed the title and the author's link to a straight url with an Ezine article... It was just a little test on my part and within 15 minutes I was on front page and the original author was in supplemental. Jeesh That was surprising! Now back to the Ezinearticle. In order to comply with terms of service, changing the title, adding text links and not leaving the resource box with live link is all not allowed. After fixing all of that and leaving the uniquify option checked..I am on page 3 for same post today. I'm not sure what to make of this yet only cause I'm not really understanding what exactly is going on with the code...exactly how does converting text into html character codes help make a post more unique or rank better. This is what I'm not getting. Keith I'm glad it's been a hit with you! Thanks |

Let's say I am competing on a highly competitive niche and I use the re-publishable contents off of a top 10 article publication and slap in a few backlinks to my WP page. Will I still be able to outrank the site with the original content? Also how to many bookmarks do you think will suffice? I normally just cover the top 20. Do I have to do more if I am taking on a fairly high authority site with loads of backlinks? |

I installed the plugin and tested it on a post, but I just want to clarify a few things to make sure I'm doing it properly. When I go to WPUnique settings, all of the four options are set to no (because I want to only use such settings for individual posts, but when I go to edit plugins it says the synonyms.txt (inactive) dictionary.txt (inactive) keyword2url.txt (inactive) wpunique.php (active). I'm not sure why it's listing the wpunique as active when the global setting is off? When editing a post, when I click yes to uniquify the post at the bottom, it does not update the `custom fields' section. I must manually type in yes in the custom fields section. After updating the post, when I then read the post the content is not altered or uniquified. Does uniquifying the post only alter the code into ascii, whereas the auto-spin only spins the text with synonyms? Only if I also choose yes in the auto-spin in post section is the post altered. Thanks and I look forward to working more with this plugin. |

I just installed this plugin and it was one of the easiest things I've ever done - and I always screw up something technical when I try something like this for the first time. Every one of the four features/controls are valuable and worth buying on their own. Great job, Steven. Now here's my big problem. I was just about to buy an autoblogger but Steven says he's about to write one. If it's as clever as this one, it will probably be worth waiting for. Any idea when that one may appear? |

I've used this plugin on 2 posts just messing around, and within 15 minutes I was listed above the original author in the results using a random sentence to search. Very cool. I'm ranking on page 2 and 3 now for same articles, also ahead of original author, and that's pretty amazing! I've done this pretty regularly before with my really big sites but never with small 5 page deals, so this is wow.
