Yes, but they have matching blog themes if you want to attach a blog.

No, you must obtain your own domain and hosting.

3) How are they monetized?

As received it is monetized with Clickbank, Adsense, and Amazon. But there is built in support for Ebay, Chitika, and Kontera also.

4) Would I have the ability to do any SEO on them - including add content, modify the sites, etc?

Each page is SEO optimized with different titles, descriptions, keywords, and Technorati tags, but Yes, you have complete control and access to everything. The code is very clean and easy to modify (and modular - so that, if you want, you can make one change and it will appear on all pages - or not - your choice).

Yes the articles are original and written by me or my staff.

You can use Hostgator but the hosting service we recommend lets you host an unlimited number of domains for only $6.95 a month and no permission changes are required on any files.

Yes, I think I can handle one more install. ;-)

1. What´s your advice on rewriting articles in your package? Is it needed? Only first sentences or first paragraphs?
2. Should I stop google ads - not to be shown for several weeks? Or is it obsolete?
3. Can I publish all 20 articles at once or should I add them gradually?
I believe all that matters, however it takes time, so I want to find what´s really best time-effort/success-results ratio.

Hi Joe,

1. Not necessary but if you have time for it, it will increase your income. The more the better.

2. Showing google ads initially will not hurt your being indexed or getting ranked. However, if you are trying to get backlinks from certain sites that require manual approval, sometimes it can hurt. Personally I don't bother with leaving them off anymore. I do however not add the second set of ads until after the site starts getting good traffic.

3. Once again it depends on what you have time for. It will help, especially your long term results, to add them gradually but like you said, who has the time?

Good niche - search volume is probably influenced by the Bruce Willis movie "Surrogates" that was released a few weeks ago. But still, a good solid long-term niche.

Hello Abi,

No, you will need to set up your own category structure for the blog if you want to add one. I would suggest no more than 3 or 4 categories for this topic.
