If you've been using PayPal for your Internet Marketing business, there is a high likely hood that you have already been "limited" in the past. Some of you reading this may currently have a limited PayPal account(s).

Don't worry, I've been there a number of times.

I experienced my first limited PayPal account in 2003, even after supplying all of the information request by PayPal , including my SSN, I thought I would be able to get my $1,500 back. WRONG! PayPal politely told me that they no longer wanted to do business with me. Despite the fact that My business was 100% transparent to them. This was a complete hassle. I was supposed to pay my supplier, and other misc bills with that money they were holding. I was totally frustrated and ready to give up.

I thought I was slick by creating new PayPal accounts, using a whole bunch of techniques thinking I would be untraceable.. but PayPal was able to watch my every move, every new account I was able to make, PayPal shut it down, due to being linked with a limited account.

For a while, I quit using PayPal altogether, I started to take Money Order only, then I started using other merchant systems. However, I hate to admit it, none of the services were as easy to use as PayPal.

Over the past 6 years, I have developed a VERY SIMPLE system that will allow me, or anyone, create paypal accounts regardless of having a limited account or not. This system will work for anyone, in any country. It's very important to have multiple PayPal accounts, if 1 gets limited.. you will have a back up.

A few weeks ago, a friend of mine launched a product. He has had an active PayPal account for about 5 years, with no problems. He was 100% confident that PayPal would not bother him at all. Well, thanks to good marketing in his behalf, when he first launched his product within 12 hours his PayPal account had seen a massive influx of transactions. As a result, PayPal limited his account. This guide does NOT show you how to get cash out, and I certainly can't guarantee that. Nobody can do that, unless you work for paypal.. and there are so many checks and balances, just one person can't do that for you..and if they try, they'll be flagged and could possibly lose their job. I can't help you get your previous account "live" again. However, PayPal has advanced techniques to TRACK YOU. So, if you simply clean your cookies and try to setup a new account again.. guess what, your new account will be limited again within a short amount of time because it's being linked to the old account.

1) Violating the TOS... selling porn, betting, currency trading, hate materia.. things of that nature.

2) Being "Suspicious".. like, an increase in sales will get you limited for example.

3) Scamming..

I focus on # 2, because this is why most people get limited..for reasons that arent really clear..PayPal is just so touchy, the smallest thing can get you limited.

They claim you can only have 2 accounts. A personal account and a business or premier account.

Any idea why that's against their TOS in the first place?

Yes, that is a very common reason paypal may limit you. In this guide I will show you and your friend how to safely have multiple accounts with zero issues. I have a number of accounts on hand, just incase

I can't tell you exactly why paypal chooses to act the way it does and why they won't allow certain activities. I'm guessing they believe it will cut down on fraud.. a few bad apples spoiles the bunch.

Hi my friend, PayPal . com is the ROOT of everything paypal related. Paypal is still the main heart of Paypal pro... so once you have the main system "cracked" then you will be able to use paypal pro as well with no problems

I think I've seen something like this before, but it was about 2 yrs ago, paypal held 23,000 from us in fall of 2007, and allowed what we thought where fake returns(chargebacks), estimated at about 8,000 and only one chargeback was blocked. and since they locked our account we had no control over anything. we suplied all requests to them and sent personal info and then they went personal and said we wher a high risk, We did however get some ove our money back after 6 months. we did learn not to have transactions top 500. it sets off a red flag.

From looking at what xDennis is selling its worth it. you cant win without paypal..

My question Dennis, is this: How am I supposed to buy your WSO about PayPal Problems when I can't use my PayPal account??

I never realized there were so many problems with PayPal, but it really makes life difficult. My subscriptions have been cancelled, and it makes it almost impossible to use eBay and other online retail portals. I've now read on the internet of some of the horrible experiences people have had with PayPal. Many of them have lost access to large amounts of their own money. What bank could get away with seizing your funds with no explanations?

They get everybody basically "addicted" to their system and then they cut off the supply (access)!! The fact that they won't explain their action is what really annoys me. There is nothing suspicious about my account!

Thank goodness for Google Checkout. And Amazon also has a payment progam now that I have joined. But it will take the retailers on the internet a long time to catch up with the other payment systems.

Anyway, enough of my rantings. I'm hoping your report is going to show me how to fix this mess!

Well, I can tell you, he is right.

I was taking in around 10 to $30,000 a month back in 2001 through paypal alone, although I never just used paypal, I also had a merchant account and also took money orders, without saying, cash, and yes, even checks, but mostly checks by fax or email (checks only with an extremely long waiting period to insure they cleared first), and was expecting paypal to shut me down, so I drained the account everyday, but then 9/11 hit and fortunately I only had a couple of hundred dollars in there, as the sales were really dropping fast and low and behold, they shut me down, but thank god I had covered myself.

I now have an account, but use it mostly for paying people for things I buy off the net, but do some, but very little business through the account and don't really worry about it, as we do so little through the account now, but it is hard telling how much paypal could have done, had they not been treating people this way.

Paypal is great for what it does, but there are so many other solutions now, they are almost insignificant, know what I mean?

No,
Most of those were either scammers, or people who worked inside paypal who would get your money out.. but would also want 50% of it. PayPal cut down on that with internal investigations and a lot of people got fired.. so it's much harder to come by that now.
