Hey Doug, I've purchased so many of your WSO's I don't know whether or not I already have this. Have you offered it before? And, if so, what was the headline you used?

Is there some reason that you are not answering your email? I didn't want to air dirty laundry in public, but you don't have PMs enabled evidently. I bought this and was not satisfied. I can lay out all the details why, if you want me to. But I would rather not put a damper on your WSO.

My Transaction ID #6E2685683D5950924, on Nov. 11th Time 12:44:11 PSD.

My email address uses the same name as my WF id. You say that you have a guarantee, but I have not seen any response from you, and I see that you are active on this forum since I sent the email to the address that shows up in the PayPal receipt. Which is the only means that I have to contact you. I would appreciate hearing from you.

So I take it that the OP has skipped town. He is not monitoring his WSO, or answering email, and he has PM turned off. So his claim that there are refund if you are not satisfied is pretty bogus I guess.

Edit: The OP did finally refund and I have removed my complaint.

You NEVER emailed me at paypal address until last week. I had instructions on how to contact me on my thank you page. I said i had a refund policy and you was given one but still keep this rant in which is pretty cheeky. Seems like your bitter due to your lack of sucess, but all i can say is that i believe in giving to charity.

I would say that I am an easy one to blame for closing this sale. Obviously the OP wasn't following his promotion, he admitted that to me when he finally responded. So my guess is that his poor customer support had at least as much to do with the close as I did, and probably more. But who knows, the product was of poor quality anyway and the sales page was over hyped and exaggerated.
